Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting our Marketing Director with a heavy focus on video production, social media content creation, email marketing, competitive/market analysis, and grassroots campaign execution. This role is ideal for a college student or recent college graduate with a passion for digital storytelling, marketing strategy, and outdoor lifestyle branding.

*This role is based out of our Katy location and requires on-site attendance.

What You'll Do

Video Production
  • Assist in planning, filming, and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, walk-throughs, customer testimonials, and event recaps)
  • Capture lifestyle content on location at dealerships and during special events
  • Edit content for use across digital platforms using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere
Social Media Content
  • Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok)
  • Monitor engagement and assist in community management (comments, DMs, tags)
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to drive engagement, promote inventory, and generate sales leads
Email Marketing
  • Support the design and copywriting of promotional emails and customer letters
  • Assist in tracking open rates, CTR, and email performance analytics
Market & Competitive Research
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of local and national RV dealership marketing efforts
  • Track industry trends, promotions, and social media tactics used by competitors
  • Create reports and offer insights to inform Holiday World strategies
Grassroots Campaign Support
  • Assist with on-site events, pop-ups, and promotions
  • Help with POP implementation, local partnerships, and dealership branding efforts
  • Capture content and customer feedback at events for future campaign
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Passion for RVs, road trips, travel, or outdoor lifestyle a plus, but not required

Overview
Manage all aspects of sales and traffic reporting as well as builder inventory for Elyson. Additionally, this person will assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of realtor relations and the day-to-day operation of the welcome center for the community.
Key Deliverables
Reporting:
+ Accurately track all sales, traffic, and inventory data
+ Produce sales and traffic report weekly.
Customer Experience:
+ Understand and support the execution of community brand at all touch points; the Welcome Center, at model homes, at amenities and throughout the community.
+ Guide the Welcome Center guest experience to ensure guests' wants and needs are met or exceeded as well as register guests and enter into our CRM database (SalesForce or similar).
+ Open, maintain, and close the Welcome Center according to procedure.
+ Perform administrative functions such as maintain an inventory of supplies and gifts as well as assist the Marketing Manager.
?Builder Relations:
+ Assist with gathering builder inventory and price sheets each week.
+ Photograph completed inventory when needed.
+ Update builder master base price sheets when needed.

Relator Relations:

  • Responds to and overcomes admission barriers and follows-up on admissions variables.


Qualifications

  • Current driver's license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record as per company policy.
  • Clinical License
  • CPR certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or tech.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as nurse liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
