Summary:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing new and renewal Business Insurance business accounts, managing the marketing process and providing advice and assistance requiring advanced technical and industry knowledge to meet client needs and resolve difficulties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review submission of current / renewal policy design and rate information, historical claims experience data, and any additional related materials required to prepare for submission of risk. Advise Client Executive if further information or clarification is needed.
- Combine and consolidate industry data to provide an evaluation of potential markets based on claims experience, losses, location, and industry trends.
- Present potential markets to Client Executive, educating and informing them of recent industry trends and events or regulations impacting the market; potential risks the client presents, and other factors which may affect Carrier quotes.
- Submit the risk to the marketplace ensuring carriers have all information they require and data is accurate and current.
- Provide Client Executive with an initial and updated Marketing Summaries.
- Correspond with carrier representatives to coordinate activity, provide information, and advocate on behalf of the client, suggesting limitations and/or modifications to the policy terms to obtain the best possible quotes.
- Analyze market proposals to verify coverages, premium rates and competitiveness.
- Call attention to and resolve with underwriter(s) any omissions on viable quotes.
- Present quotes to Client Executive and bind coverages.
- Summarize the submissions made, quotes received and factors that affected quotes.
- Follow through on changes resulting from client requests at the time of the Proposal.
- Provide oversight to Account Associate when coverage is to be bound.
- Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with Associates, clients and carriers.
- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy client and carrier requirements and schedule.
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration when faced with client difficulties.
Education and/or Experience
A service oriented individual with high personal standards and a hands-on work style, comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple deadlines, and adjusting priorities is required. In addition, this position interacts with a large group of internal associates and external vendors with whom excellent relationships are crucial to our firm and clients’ success.
- Must possess a strong understanding of Business Insurance coverages, exposure issues and carriers such that this expertise is recognized by colleagues and clients.
- Successful work history to include 3 to 5 years experience in a professional office setting in which job responsibilities were related to those specified above.
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to operate standard office equipment is required.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.
- Maintain a valid Drivers License & have reliable transportation.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $130,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The **Marketing Specialist** will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of downstream marketing activities in North America. The individual will work closely with the marketing team in daily management, business planning, near and long-term commercial strategy and execution, and other downstream functions such as product launches, events, dealer support, marketing literature and asset development in support of the Kerr operating company. They will collaborate with the sales organization to help deploy and train on brand strategy, field tactics, and clinical and technical training of key internal and external stakeholders. They will collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Channel Management, and Distribution Partners to support revenue targets of dental consumables. They will develop and execute comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability. Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements. Leads market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Brea, CA office.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Under minimal supervision, supports the company's short and long-term commercial strategy and execution within downstream marketing including product launches, events, dealer support, marketing literature, and asset development.
+ Develops programs and campaigns to drive engagement with internal and external audiences by working closely with Sales and Product Management.
+ Assists in the commercial tactical planning and execution, including the development of marketing and sales tools to support existing and new product launches.
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Professional Education, Analytics, and Sales in measuring the Return on investment (ROI) of events and other marketing programs.
+ Develops and executes digital marketing activities across social media, trade publications, email, paid search, and web/landing pages.
+ Collaborates with Key Opinion Leaders, Product Management, R&D, Sales, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs in the creation and approval of marketing and sales assets.
+ Participates in the communication, and sharing of marketing, sales tools, and best practices with European marketing counterparts as it relates to the operating company.
+ Assists in marketing sponsorship and logistics for all major events and providing triage support to the Sales team.
+ Stays abreast of marketing trends and continually fosters optimization and evolution of marketing strategies.
+ Participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) and supports the implementation of actions. Implements EBS tools into department activities and standard work.

The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for the development and management of the company’s digital growth marketing strategy. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across brand marketing, digital, and creative.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation and evolution of the brand’s positioning and ensure its consistent representation across all channels and touchpoints.
- Drive cohesive marketing strategy and execute an integrated campaign around Pacsun’s brand positions to drive in-store and online traffic and sales, facilitating Pacsun’s growth and profitability targets.
- Develop new sources of traffic and increase the effectiveness of current and new customer engagement vehicles such as social, mobile, SEM and Events.
- Lead the brand marketing strategy, ensuring a unified and compelling brand voice across all marketing channels (social media, content, PR, campaigns).
- Direct creative development, ensuring it aligns with brand vision and resonates with target consumers.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Oversee social media, and influencer strategies to support growth objectives.
- Utilize customer and market data to inform marketing decisions and strategies, optimizing campaigns for ROI.
- Regularly track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead the continuous optimization of digital marketing channels and creative performance.
- Develop consumer insights, intelligence, and data analytics to leverage information for fact based decision making.
- Create robust consumer segmentation strategies that enable the brand to communicate in a targeted way with current and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.

What it takes to Join:
- 15+ years of experience of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles within the fashion or retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in leading brand marketing, digital marketing, and creative teams
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
