As Wasik's Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact on a growing company while playing a key role in supporting brand awareness initiatives, content development, digital marketing, and event coordination to help drive Wasik's growth.
Requirements
• Support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and update materials (brochures, presentations, and case studies)
• Post and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
• Keep website content fresh and track performance
• Help coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics
• Pitch in on day-to-day marketing projects and team initiatives
Required Skills/Abilities:
Wasik is looking for a creative, organized team player who enjoys juggling different projects and finding new ways to make an impact. The candidate should bring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and comfort with both independent and collaborative work. Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
• Experience creating and managing LinkedIn/social media content
• Familiarity with website analytics and content management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic design tools
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation/CRM platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A willingness to ask questions, share ideas, and help the team succeed
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing/technology environment
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
