Qualifications:

  • Skilled in APIs, microservices, and third-party platform integration.

  • Proficient in CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., AEM, Webflow, WordPress, Sitecore), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Preferred Education and Experience:

**Marketing Technology Engineer**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Technology Engineer with deep expertise in Segment CDP and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), especially in data connectivity and orchestration. **Purpose:**
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of various marketing platforms, platform reporting, and managing projects to meet business goals. The Marketing Technology Lead will work as a liaison between IT support staff, marketing staff, and staff from different lines of business around marketing platforms. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage aspects of various marketing platforms, including vendor relationships, administrative functions, contracting, process improvements, user account permissions, reporting, and assist in championing the use of these platforms in the department.
+ Participate in SAFe Agile practices, helping to drive continuous improvement for the Marketing department.
+ Be the first line of support for marketing platform issues, and coordinate with internal and external support staff only when needed.
+ Manage ad-hoc projects for marketing platforms such as integration into our portals, single sign-on functionality, and system updates.

+ Act as the subject matter expert on API documentation & platform data elements across all marketing platforms during implementation projects, or for departmental reporting and analytics needs.
+ Lead or assist in the communication between IT and Marketing staff for issue resolution of different severities, via the IT Department ticketing systems.
+ Document processes and maintain platform information in the Marketing Knowledgebase as the primary contact in Marketing Operations for all platforms.
+ Keep a record of permission differences for staff who create or revoke user accounts in various Marketing platforms.
+ Support other team members from the Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics as needed, including project management efforts, operational reporting requests, and operations leadership.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related, with a proper understanding of platform use in large corporations & departments.
+ Minimum 3+ years supporting automation, system deployment, or technical integration between platforms.
+ Knowledge of the evaluation processes for platform selection and experience writing business requirements.
+ Knowledge of the data used in operations reporting, the various functions of different IT roles, and the general marketing system landscape.
+ Ability to take business processes and align them to software processes and capabilities. Must be able to document project and task work appropriately, and present information clearly for different audiences. Must be structured, organized, proactive, and able to work independently with little direction.

We are looking for a Marketing Technology Director that will drive a vision for the MarTech stack. Ensuring scalability, security, and innovation that can implement a technology roadmap that will align with business goals, and foster collaboration between marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless technology integration.
Essential Functions:
+ Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, IT, compliance, and UX to support business objectives.

+ Experience balancing innovative approaches with the conservative expectations and regulations of financial services.
+ Proficiency in managing marketing technology platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
