Mercadien is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Technology Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience utilizing and managing various marketing technologies, particularly HubSpot or other CRM system, and will be responsible for ensuring the full utilization and management of our marketing tech stack, which includes HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Dripify, Asana and other tools. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in CRM management, data analytics, and campaign execution.
Responsbilities
HubSpot CRM Management:
- Utilize and manage all features of HubSpot Sales & Marketing Hubs to support growth initiatives
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Create, manage, and analyze marketing email nurture campaigns within HubSpot
- Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards/reports to track marketing and new business performance metrics and ensure the data is accurate and consistent
- Create, implement and manage HubSpot automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and drive efficiencies
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, such as newsletters, special alerts, event invitations, etc., including template creation, list segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis
- Design and optimize landing pages, calls-to-action and forms to capture and nurture leads
- Encourage firm leadership to use HubSpot’s CRM features to manage client and prospective client relationships
- Leverage HubSpot’s reporting and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and, if necessary, propose adjustments to be made to help improve the performance and results from those efforts
Marketing Technology Utilization:
- Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technologies such as ZoomInfo, Dripify, and other relevant tools to help drive leads and new business opportunities through these platforms
- Work with niche leaders and Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns using these platforms to accelerate business growth
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to marketing technology platforms
- Coordinate and meet with technology vendors as needed
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that leverage these technologies effectively for the various niche areas of the firm
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain clean and accurate marketing data across all platforms
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into marketing performance
- Assist in the development of data-driven marketing strategies
- Use data insights to refine and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives
Project Management and Collaboration:
- Update and maintain the marketing team’s project management software, Asana, to ensure timely and efficient execution and scheduling of all marketing projects
- Work closely with the marketing team to align technology use with marketing and overall firm goals
- Provide training, resources and support to firm leadership on the use of marketing technologies and serve as a resource for any questions they may have
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the firm’s Operations Team to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and consistency across other business systems and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a heavy focus on CRM/database management
- Proficiency in & experience with CRM systems is required; HubSpot experience preferred. HubSpot certification is a plus
- Experience with other marketing technologies such as ZoomInfo, Asana, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Dripify a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data entry, management and reporting
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and best practices

We're looking for a proactive, self-driven SEM + Shopping Associate to support and grow our global paid search and shopping programs. This role requires someone who is not only analytically sharp but also takes ownership of their work, moves initiatives forward independently, and doesn't require heavy oversight to execute with excellence.
You'll be a key contributor to the development and optimization of SEM and Shopping campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Working cross-functionally with teams in creative, analytics, and product you'll help ensure our digital strategy is aligned with business goals.
**What You'll Do**
1. Independently manage and optimize SEM and Shopping campaigns, ensuring continuous performance improvements across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Merchant Center.
2. Execute keyword research, A/B testing for ad copy, bidding strategy adjustments, and budget pacing with minimal handholding.
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR), flagging performance risks or opportunities proactively.
4. Audit product feeds regularly and identify enhancements to drive Shopping campaign success.
5. Stay current on SEM industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates, bringing new ideas to the table regularly.
6. Assist with monthly/ weekly/ quarterly performance reporting and competitive benchmarking.
**Basic Qualifications**
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing paid search and Shopping campaigns.
2. Bachelor's degree is associated field
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Strong command of Google Ads (Search + Shopping), Ads Editor and Google Merchant Center.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and campaigns independently with minimal oversight.
3. Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and the ability to solve problems without waiting for direction.

**Responsibilities**
+ Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the MarTech stack, including Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Marketo), Signal Flow, and GenAI platforms.
+ Platform Strategy & Roadmapping: Collaborate with marketing and engineering leadership to align platform capabilities with business goals, including roadmap development for Adobe Cloud and GenAI solutions.
+ Build and govern Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and connectors across MarTech and data platforms
+ Serve as MarTech platform resource for platform onboarding, internal training, and cross-functional design workshops
+ Support overall strategy by translating technical roadmaps into business-facing solutions for leadership discussions
+ AI & Automation Enablement: Partner with the GenAI Center of Excellence (COE) to integrate AI/Machine Learning (ML) models (e.g., Next Best Action, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Recommendations) into marketing workflows and content generation.
+ Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure all implementations meet enterprise data standards, privacy regulations, and responsible AI principles.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
+ Innovation & Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce platform operating costs, improve Service-level Agreement (SLA)
+ Embody our Culture ( and Values ( Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in marketing technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience in Adobe or other enterprise wide MarTech stacks (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Oracle).
+ Experience designing scalable architectures that support personalization, campaign orchestration, and analytics.
+ Experience with API-based integrations and orchestration across MarTech, AdTech, and data platforms
+ Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing, including GenAI content tools and predictive modeling.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in marketing technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in marketing technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years technology/process improvement experience.
+ Experience collaborating across legal, privacy, engineering, and analytics functions to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
Marketing Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $51,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD 165,600 - 272,300 per year.

+ Develop new strategies to replace existing tools or enhance existing capabilities.

+ Prepare technical and functional evaluation of current CRM capabilities and recommend new tools or processes if needed.
+ Drive the integration of AI and automation technologies.
+ Train internal users on tools to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Educate teams on best practices for analysis and technology by staying current on emerging marketing, GTM technologies and use cases
+ Plan the extraction and use of data from tools into other systems to meet key objectives.
+ Work Cross functionally with CDO, CIO, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Client Services to ensure tools are integrated with larger Sedgwick tech stack strategy and plans.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology.
Experience creating a martech vision and roadmap for a B2B company. 10+ years overall experience.
Experience leading martech transformation initiatives and driving change within a marketing organization
Experience in B2B website evaluation, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
