**Position Summary**
The Master Data Manager (internally: Manager of Master Data Management) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across the organization. With guidance and support from the Senior Director and Data team, this role will lead the development and implementation of MDM strategies, policies, and procedures, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data governance initiatives.

Our Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) will be the architect of reliable, actionable business data across the organization. As the MDM leader, you'll own the strategy, governance, and integrity of our master data, while mentoring a small but high-performing team of data specialists. You'll design and enforce policies, streamline data flows, and deliver the insights that let Jet Aviation move with speed and confidence.
This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our location in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $111,000 - $120,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 15% of annual salary.

Role Overview
The Master Data (MDM) Manager role is key in ensuring the integrity of Customer, Pricing and Vendor master data in SAP. This position oversee the daily responsibilities of two MDM Specialists which include validation and approval of all master data creation and modification requests, maintenance of workflow matrices and local configuration, and user support. Additionally, and as required for projects, the MDM Manager will lead the MDM team in integrations and testing new releases/regression. The MDM Manager will ensure compliance, assess risks and coordinate and/or conduct audits. Responsibilities
Management:
- Oversee and lead team of two MDM Specialists in Customer, Pricing and Vendor master data

Master Data scope:
• Support business stakeholders in Customer and Pricing MDG (Master Data Governance) and Vendor Workflow processes, including training as needed
• Ensure compliance with data governance rules and internal procedures
• Enforce requirement to provide proper supporting documentation
• Review and perform final validation necessary for all customer, pricing and vendor creation and modification requests

Data Quality:
• Assess risks, develop audits, ensure compliance

**The work:**
+ Participate in, prepare workshop content, and/or lead workshops to capture client requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for product master data business processesOwn and manage end-to-end lifecycle of Product and Article Master Data, including creation, maintenance, enrichment, and retirement within SAP
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture product data requirements
+ Define and maintain data governance frameworks, naming conventions, and master data standards
+ Perform mass data uploads and updates using tools like LSMW, BAPI, BODs or SAP MDG
+ Lead and support master data-related projects, including SAP rollouts, migrations, and process improvements
+ Monitor and report on data quality KPIs and resolve data-related issues or anomalies
+ Manage and lead team of consultants
**Here's what you need:**
+ 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA
+ 4+ years with SAP Master Data Management & Architecture
+ Strong knowledge of SAP Product/Article Master Data along with its integration with MM, SD, FI and EWM and LE
+ Experience integrating master data governance tools (e.g., Informatica or equivalent)
+ Knowledge of product hierarchies, BOMs and classification systems
+ Retail industry experience with Product Master Data
**Nice to have:**
