Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Coordinator with 5-7 years of combined experience in material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance, repair, and warehouse/service management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, assessing MHE for remarketing opportunities, coordinating regional rental efforts, and managing the repair and refurbishment processes for off-lease equipment. This role requires an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage both technical and logistical functions seamlessly.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
- Assess material handling equipment for the ability to be remarketed for off-lease purposes, including evaluating its condition, performing inspections, and determining necessary repairs
- Perform regular equipment inspections, diagnosing issues, and leading repair efforts to maintain equipment functionality and longevity; perform some in-house maintenance as necessary.
- Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.
- Oversee logistics and ensure the proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure high levels of service and operational excellence.

Requirements:Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in material handling equipment maintenance and repair, as well as warehouse/service management.
- Proven experience in managing both the technical and logistical aspects of material handling equipment, including assessments for remarketing off-lease equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to assess equipment condition, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs or coordinate with service providers.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within warehouse and equipment environments.
- Travel up to 20%
- High school diploma or GED required.
