**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for legal support activities related to legal operations, litigation/discovery/settlements or negotiation and contract administration
+ Responsible for maintaining content within the inventory based on ticket requests received, control execution and special projects
+ Manages the execution, review, processing and tracking of legal documentation and records, executes transactions and completes varied work requests from multiple sources that may be complex in character and have tight deadlines

+ Applies in-depth understanding of how associated risks differ depending on product and documentation envisaged in relevant jurisdiction(s) and provides advice to the Risk function and business partners accordingly
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with some experience working in an in-house legal role within financial services
+ Ability to manage complex documentation with organization and detail
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
+ In-depth knowledge of legal customs and practices
+ Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry

**Primary Objective:**
Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to packing station or shipping area.
**Major Function and Scope:**
+ Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
+ Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
+ Operates forklift equipment.
+ Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
+ Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
+ Performs other related duties as required.
**Experience and Knowledge Required:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
+ 1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience.
+ Must have a minimum of 6 months previous stand-up forklift or order picker equipment experience. No experience required for pallet jack.

The Material Handler will complete job activities with limited difficulty involving the receipt, inspection, storage, packaging, shipping and certification of commercial airline engine parts and components. - Attaches identification data onto article, and inputs required part history/part data into the local database.

- Provides material certification form verifying that the standard part(s) conform to established industry or United States specifications.
- Assists in the loading/unloading and packaging/unpacking of outgoing/incoming shipments.

The Job Center is now hiringMaterial Handlers inFlower Mound, TX! (Close to Coppell). Currently hiring full-time employees for1st shift, 2nd and 3rd shift! No experience is required. Once hired perm opportunity for pay increases!OVERTIME AVAILABLE! Position is material handler and requires basic computer (use a mouse and keyboard).
Compensation of Material Handler
- $13.00 to $14.00 plus weekly bonus incentives
Schedule of Warehouse Worker:
Monday through Friday
- 6:00am - 2:30 pm1st shift
- 3pm - 11:30 pm 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift Available
Overtime is available; not mandatory
Responsibilities of Material Handler:
- Refurbishing electronic devices by cleaning and replacing parts
- Pick and Pack Modems and Routers
- Test and refurbish Cell phones and modems.
- Receive units using RF handheld devices
Requirements of Material Handlers:
- Excellent attendance
- Able to stand for the majority of the shift
- Able to work 40 hours a week
- Attention to detail for testing equipment is required

SUMMARY : Responsible for moving and processing received waste through established practices. Cares for the cleanliness and orderliness of the floor area and the general plant. Practices Safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of carts
- Maintain unloading area for cleanliness
- QC carts for damages, lack of lids, handles, overall cleanliness
- Cycle carts through tippers and cart washer.
- Unloads box waste from trailers and placing boxes on conveyor.
- Monitors number of boxes unloaded and record on appropriate documentation.
- Operates box waste scale station as required.
- Monitors and records scale weights for billing purposes.
- Performs general plant clean up duties (clean up spilled waste or materials)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to work as a team member, quickly, safely, and responsibly
- Must have the ability to lift loads of 50 - 75 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull loads upwards of 200 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation.
