Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a Master Storage Plan ensuring facilities are planned according to material volumes and requirements; take into account the supplier's/manufacturer's recommendations to ensure warranty requirements
- Develop warehouse and lay down yard construction equipment plan
- Full time presence at the project site is required through duration of project

**Basic Job Requirements**
- Prior Fluor experience including knowledge and use of Fluor Material Management tool MatMan® is mandatory

• Emptying shred bins, and shredding documents for all departments at a minimum of once a week.
• Maintain loading dock to meet established safety requirements.
• Assist in maintaining Building 401 warehouse section, ensuring surplus furniture and equipment is put away neatly.
• Maintain close working relationship with co-workers and service providers
• Maintain a good working relationship with hospital staff and members of the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned such as, making bank deposits for Medical Billing, vehicle preventive maintenance checks, moving office furniture and responding to other hospital business needs
Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two years of relevant experience and/or training.
Certification/Licensure:

- Assists transportation spend leader to ensure all combo and radiator loads are combined and roundtripped with dirty/clean loads.
- Ensure other assets (HVACs) are combined w/ combo loads during spikes in usage to maximize available trucking assets.
- Constantly engaged with total account usage from week to week, YoY, etc.
- Directly interact with sites to understand usage pattern, plans, inbound units, etc.
Local repair planner
- Responsible for all local repair items inventory, total pool, pool add of new items, total usage, etc.
- Reconcile total DUX w/ open POs for each/all LR items.
- Interlace with LR buyer and vendors to keep flow of parts moving,
- Determine accurate lead times.
- Determine sufficient total pool for all sites based off historical usage and forecast.
- Ensure sufficient stock across all sites.
- Assist all sites with acquiring items as needs arise.
- Observe trends in use & assist planning for spikes and/or dips in usage through seasonality periods.
- Develop tools to assist in the above (Access DB, queries, crosstabs, etc.).
- Perform scrap transactions for every site ensuring DUX are available and counts stay accurate.

The Material Program Management position provides Supply Chain/Materiel Management (SC/MM) representation and leadership in support of Business Unit and Business Development activities. - Assist or lead in the development of a Supply Chain Management Plan that establishes the SC/MM approach to achieving program objectives ensuring quality performance, on time delivery and best value to the customer
- Manage program heath with Earned Value (EV) to manage program cost and schedule by using EV fundamentals and support Budget Change Requests (BCRs), Latest Revised Estimate (LRE), Status to report weekly performance to baseline plan
- Develop a Joint Strategic Plan (JSP) by program to forecast material sales that support the organization's revenue recognition
- Formulate monthly material forecasts to support the company's Joint Strategic Plan (JSP)
- Formulate quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) reports to communicate the program's performance to budget
- Assist or lead SC/MM in the identification of risks and opportunities to executing the assigned program scope within cost, schedule and technical performance requirements
- Lead SC/MM in supporting program proposal activities to develop compliant labor and material estimates required to support the Supply Chain Management Plan
- Assist or lead SC/MM in the management and execution of the assigned program scope within cost, schedule and technical performance requirements
- Support the program team in developing and baselining a program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) - Support the program team in developing a budget baseline
- Coordinate with SC/MM management to establish work priorities for SC/MM personnel (e.g. buying and major subcontract personnel, etc.)
- Support supplier contract negotiations to meet program requirements
- Actively manage suppliers to level required (e.g. Supplier Mission Assurance Reviews (SMARs), Post Award Reviews (PARs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs) Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Supplier Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (SMRRs), etc.) to achieve program requirements
- Use key metrics to drive performance that meets program requirements
- Assist or lead in the development and execution of SC/MM affordability initiatives that mitigate cost growth from last price paid
- Monitor the program supply base to assess supplier performance and sustainability for early identification of issues and minimize expedite activities

The Senior SAP Materials Management Consultant (MM) Lead is responsible for implementing and configuring procurement and inventory management process and ensuring process aligned with company's strategic objectives.
