Job Description

  • Order proper raw materials for work orders and charge out materials to work orders.

  • Supply and maintain the inventory of bags, boxes, totes and pallets.

  • Properly clean material hoppers, grinders and bins according to the production schedule.

  • Supply and maintain regrind usage through the vacuum loading system according to the department procedures.

  • Properly identify and label all materials in bins, grinders and gaylords according to the department procedures.

  • Assure regrind is properly stored and identified for reuse or resale.

  • Properly weigh and record regrind for resale and load trailer.

  • Ensure virgin and concentrate materials are supplied to the proper injection molding machine from the warehouse location and have been weighed and recorded according to the department procedures.

  • Ensure materials requiring drying are dried at the proper settings and the proper length of time according to the department procedures.

  • Maintain all housekeeping requirements for the warehouse and the production floor as defined in the department procedures.

  • Responsible for setting up auxiliary equipment necessary for the particular production run replacing, cleaning, and changing fitters and empty barrels.

  • Perform minor adjustments to auxiliary and material conveying equipment as needed under direction of a skilled team member.

  • Responsible for all required paperwork.

  • Assist other team members in cross training.

  • Maintain an open line of communication to assure all problems and changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Participate on safety and emergency response teams and attend monthly Safety Meeting and other meetings and teams as required or requested.

  • Follow all departmental attendance and performance policies.

  • Work overtime as needed by the department.

  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 5S, blitzes, Shift Start-up, updating

  • PVD boards, etc.

  • Continuously improve through the KAS program, meeting department goals for completed KAS.

  • Follow all local, state, federal, and BD safety regulations, policies, and procedures including RCRA Hazardous Waste regulations.

  • Follow all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Effective written and oral communication skills (English), basic math skills, and interpersonal skills

  • One to four years of manufacturing experience

  • Must meet company forklift certification

**Responsibilities:**

**Job Description**
As a Senior Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician, you will independently perform advanced-level construction materials testing and special inspections work, with occasional advice from a supervisor. You will also direct efforts of less-experienced staff, travel to various project sites around the southwest Missouri area, and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions. Company vehicle is provided to travel to and from various project sites.
**Qualifications**

Responsibilities

Supply correct and sufficient amounts of materials to injection molding machines, maintain correct inventories, determine priority of orders, control scrap, monitor/identify raw material usage variances

  • Suppy color and resin to assigned machines

  • Maintain grinders

  • Grind or dispose of scrap

  • Operate machine as needed during breaks

  • Perform color changes

  • Create production labels

  • Scan color for order to ensure correct quantities

  • Maintain resin silo board

  • Verify color chips for color match

  • Report scrap in detail

  • Follow applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize as well as develop routine

  • Effective verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Basic mechanical understanding

  • Comprhension of central resin system

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
