- Fundamental knowledge of rigging, Equipment Operator functions and qualifications
- Experience operating and maintaining forklifts, Rough Terrain Cranes, Crawler Cranes, OTR trucks and trailers and Marine Travel lift. Provides Rigging guidance and inspections.
- Must have a valid State issued Driver’s License, Class A CDL desirable.

Your Mission- Execute safe, precise moves with a sit-down forklift to load, unload, stage, and deliver materials.
- Inspect equipment routinely and communicate service needs without delay.
- Design smart storage layouts that protect product and maximize space.
- Record every move in the system; assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with production teams to meet output targets and tight deadlines.
- Champion a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all guidelines.
- Demonstrated sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic computer capability to update inventory and logs.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and teamwork.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification preferred; if not certified, training can be provided.

Position Responsibilities:
⁃ Loads and unloads materials shipped to and from interplant and outside facilities.
⁃ Verify the accuracy of any transactions and compare it to what was actually produced, including physical inspection of goods to validate condition.
⁃ Operate manual and power material handling equipment to retrieve, putaway and replenish materials throughout the facility and load onto transportation vehicles.
⁃ Utilize Warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders.
⁃ Ensure correct pallets are used and built based on EXACTA and Customer supplier criteria.
⁃ Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control as required.
⁃ Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping/sortation area.
⁃ Complete a Pre⁃Shift Checklist on all powered material handling equipment including battery water, charging, and cleaning.
⁃ Maintain a clean work environment, including sorting pallets, wrapping stacked cardboard on pallets, and communicating any quality changes.
⁃ Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP's).

⁃ Effective communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
