Sales
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Identifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customers
- Establishing rapport with parents and their students to communicate and showcase the benefits of working with Crimson Education above and beyond our competitors
- Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments professionally and which aligns with the Crimson brand and culture
- Presenting and promoting Crimson products as per the company's sales process to prospective families

Position Description:
A Math Specialist at DAAS plays a crucial role in supporting middle school students (grades 6-8) in developing mathematical proficiency and confidence. This position focuses on providing targeted instruction through co-teaching partnerships, small-group interventions, and individualized support to ensure all students achieve grade-level mathematics standards. The Math Specialist works collaboratively with classroom teachers to enhance mathematics instruction and support students who need additional intervention. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student mathematical achievement in a vibrant and creative learning environment.
Physical Requirements: Light Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects; frequent standing, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling. Ability to work with manipulatives and mathematics materials.
Terms of Employment: Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan. The salary range for this position is $51,300 - $88,700. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the District.
Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Lead Instructional Specialist in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with general education mathematics teachers to provide co-teaching support in inclusive classroom settings
- Collaborate in planning, delivering, and assessing mathematics instruction using various co-teaching models (team teaching, parallel teaching, station teaching, alternative teaching)
- Support classroom teachers in implementing research-based mathematics instructional strategies and best practices
- Assist in differentiating mathematics instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners
- Provide targeted small-group instruction for students requiring additional mathematics support
- Design and implement intervention programs based on individual student needs and data analysis
- Utilize diagnostic assessments to identify specific skill gaps and develop targeted intervention plans

- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics, coaching teachers of Mathematics, or providing Mathematics professional development
- Fluency using digital tools including online assessments, and a high level of comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders
- An understanding of principles of adult learning and how to apply them to professional development
- Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, and ensure integrity of program implementations

Salary Range for this role: $60,750 - $99,750
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
Travel: Travel up to 80% is required and considered an essential function of the job for all educator-facing positions. Travel includes overnight stays at hotels and transportation via car, plane, and/or public transportation. Out-of-state travel may be required based on business demand.
Location: This position is based in the Bay Area of California and will be supporting districts throughout the state of California. Candidates must either currently live in, be near, or be willing to relocate to the Bay Area. Additionally, a valid driver's license is required for this role.

Regions Hospital is hiring a Car Seat Education Consultant.
Under the general direction of the Injury Prevention Program, the Car Seat Education Consultant provides education to patients in the inpatient and emergency department setting.
Car Seat Education Consultant makes assessments in person, providing education on car seats and roadway safety while demonstrating excellence, compassion, partnership, and integrity as part of the organization's core values. This includes but is not limited to best practices related to car seat selection, direction, location, installation, harnessing, next-steps, turn-around time, after-market products and safety in and around cars. The Car Seat Education Consultant is familiar with Minnesota seat belt and child passenger safety laws as well as other laws that promote roadway safety. The Car Seat Education Consultant discusses, collaborates and consults with the health care team members, making appropriate referrals and completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner. The Car Seat Education Consultant performs related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Completion of a two-year degree in a healthcare related field or education field with two years of work experience in the field of study.
Experience: A Minimum of six months experience as a child passenger safety technician or instructor providing community-based and/or clinical based car seat education.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Current certification as a SafeKids Child Passenger Safety Technician.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: At least 12 months experience regularly/actively providing child passenger safety education.
Experience in education and/or experience in Patient Care.
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Current certification as a SafeKids Child Passenger Safety Instructor.
Completion of training in special needs (Safe Travel for All Children)
