- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and the community, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, operations, and quality standards.

- Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledgeable in healthcare information systems and data management.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Meditech).
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to a range of stakeholders.
