Facilities Construction Coordinator
The Facilities Construction Coordinator works closely with Property Managers, Contract Manager, Asset, Area Maintenance Leads, Community Managers, and other areas as required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee capital and rehabilitation construction projects from initiation to completion, including daily operations, inspections, permits, and contractor compliance.
- Prepare scopes of work, solicit and evaluate bids, and support contract drafting for capital improvements and special projects.
- Review and approve project invoices, ensuring proper documentation, lien releases, and accurate tracking in the Capital Tracker (CT).
- Conduct and lead meetings with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and insurance adjusters to coordinate project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and ensure adherence to technical, safety, and design specifications.
- Manage emergency construction responses and insurance-related projects, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor property and maintenance staff on construction and capital improvement matters.
- Support vendor management by expanding the qualified pool, ensuring performance standards, and promoting WBE/MBE participation.
- Performs other assignments as requested
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate effectively, and train others in maintenance standards and procedures.
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing construction documentation and workflows.
- Ability to anticipate maintenance issues, implement preventative measures, and train others in quality standards.
- Familiarity with construction documents (e.g., RFI, RFP, PCOR, CO Plan Logs) and Cal OSHA regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/roofs, and work in confined spaces regularly.
- Valid California Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required. Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a construction related area of expertise is
- Journey level experience in one of the four major trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC
- Requires 3 years of previous experience managing multi-family capital projects
- Affordable housing experience a plus
Pay Range
$90,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
This position will require travel between Santa Clara, Sonoma, Marin, San Francisco, and Solano Counties. As needed, the role may require travel to additional counties.

As our Clinic Coach, you will provide direct support and coaching to all levels of clinic staff and MSO leadership with the focus of on-the-job training positively reinforcing strong interpersonal skills (for staff) and leadership skills, including but not limited to communication, service excellence and retention (for leaders/MSO), both on-site and remotely.

* 6+ years of experience delivering leadership development training, team effectiveness, coaching, and group facilitation

**Duties and responsibilities**
+ Operation & demonstration of Fujifilm ultrasound systems in clinical setting for sales demonstrations.
+ Provide customer training and installation of systems at new customer accounts.
+ Provide continuing clinical and product support to existing customer base as needed.
+ Provide general clinical and product application support to sales and service teams as needed.

+ Collect clinical images appropriate for use in sales promotional materials.
+ Support service team with troubleshooting in situations where product and clinical knowledge is needed to help determine customer issues and influence outcomes.
+ Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of product features, operation, and application.
+ Work with senior CAS team members and management to provide feedback in the optimization of system presets.
+ Keep current on latest practices, uses, and innovations in diagnostic ultrasound field.
+ Research and maintain competitive information.
+ Maintain all company issued training requirements through ETQ and ADP.
+ Be prudent and timely with expense reporting and corporate issued credit card expenditures, adhering to corporate policies.
+ Extensive travel required.

+ Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
+ Comply with and pass all requirements for vendor credentialing as part of gaining access to hospitals and facilities to perform assigned job duties.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum Associates Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited school, BS degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered sonographer working in a clinical, university, or academic institution
+ RDMS is required. Multi-specialties preferred including Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Breast, vascular.
+ RVT desirable.
+ Previous commercial experience desirable.
**Physical requirements**
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:
+ Usual office and clinical working conditions.
+ Ability to travel extensively via car and air.
+ Ability to use personal, public and air transportation as needed.
+ Pushing/Pulling: This activity occurs occasionally. It occurs primarily with the pushing/pulling of ultrasound systems, which are on wheels and weigh approximately 200- 250 pounds. Pushing distances are typically approximately 12 inches to several yards.
+ Has sufficient sight to observe to adequately view sonograms, and to distinguish different colors.
+ Has sufficient hearing to respond to and interact with those involved in demos, training, etc. Has the ability to distinguish audible sounds of the equipment, such as Doppler.
