Pay Transparency Verbiage :
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $51,600 to $68,700 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. + Conducts receiving inspection of in-coming assemblies/components in accordance with established procedures and technical data.
+ Performs disassembly, wash, blast, paint, build-up, pressure test, receiving inspection and final inspection and assembly of aircraft components according to customer's specifications, airworthiness directives, applicable manufacturers' CMM guidelines and operating procedures.

Job Overview:
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical / electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance.
Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position available on multiple shifts (see options below). Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.
2nd shift: 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Monday-Friday
3rd shift: 9:30pm to 6:00am, Monday-Friday
Position Responsibilities
Observes equipment to make sure it is operating to OEM standard or production satisfaction.
Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
Answers maintenance calls in a timely fashion and assists others in troubleshooting.
Performs routine PM’s, repairs, rebuilds and modifications on all equipment assigned
Wire moderately complex control circuits.
Performs electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up and calibration.
Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases.
Weld various types of metals.
Machine most metals, plastics, and composites.
Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment.
Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment.
Identify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision.
Troubleshoot 3ph 480V motors and VFDs.
Completes any necessary paperwork associated with repairs or calibration.
Completes Work Orders that are assigned to them or their department.
Provides coverage and or assistance as needed throughout facility to meet production schedules and or equipment needs.
Ensures that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement.
Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Maintains a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free work place.
Reports any unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety-related issues to Management.
Total Rewards:
- Compensation: Pay ranges from at $37.00 - $44.00 per hour. A shift differential will also be provided.*

Job Summary:
As a Mechanic you will oversee and perform the preventative and reactive maintenance duties required for the plant manufacturing operation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on semi-trucks, forklifts and trailers
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed, is a plus
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure OSHA compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques, are a plus
- Knowledge of logic controllers and automation systems are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in minor semi-truck repairs including tires and brakes
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education preferred.
- CDL Class A or B Driver license is a Plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift loads of up to 100 pounds without the lift truck.
- Ability to climb, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.
- Ability to withstand varying temperatures.
- Must be able to work in different positions for a very long period of time and ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time.
- Must be able to utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment required for each job task (Steel toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, hard hat).
