Your New Role

• Oversee mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping) from kickoff to closeout in Owings Mills, MD, and surrounding areas

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals

• Review and interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications

• Track budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to drive profitability

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing documentation

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and workmanship

• Proactively resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance

• Help shape a culture of accountability and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction project management

• In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and construction methods

• Strong grasp of project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical designs

• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management software

• Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the region

• PMP certification (preferred but not required)

• Foundation software experience (a plus but not mandatory)
