The **Fluids and Mechanical Systems Engineer** will:
+ Support Johnson Space Center's activities in design, modification and review of Propellant Fluid and Mechanical Systems
+ Work in a team environment to analyze designs, analysis, requirements, verifications, etc from the customer for problem resolutions and to develop design solutions
+ Oversight in design, development, testing, implementation, and analysis of propellant engine products and systems
+ Perform engineering designs and evaluations for various fluids and mechanical systems
+ Prepare and present design recommendations at various engineering design reviews
+ Apply engineering principles and techniques to create solutions to component and system designs
+ Review engineering specifications and designs for a wide range of engine schematics on related engine system products

**Requisition Qualifications:**

Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and blueprints. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with others. Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills that include add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
