**Salary:** $20.00/hour
**Shift:** Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime during the week and Saturdays.
**This is a project assignment and will start 9/29/25 and end late December, 2025!**
**Bonus Opportunity:**
+ Employees will be eligible to receive a **gross bonus amount equivalent to $.00 per hour** **for every straight time hour worked** up to a maximum of 500.00

**What's a typical day? You'll be:**
+ Completing enrollment forms for multiple product lines, ensuring high attention to detail.
+ Supporting the quality assurance team by error checking completed enrollments.
+ Handling challenging calls with a solution-oriented approach and escalating when necessary.
+ Making outbound calls to enrollees for completing or correcting pended enrollments.
+ Documenting and tracking enrollments in a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up.
+ Monitoring general email accounts and fielding incoming calls using scripted and non-scripted techniques.
+ Assisting in the quality assurance area and conducting outbound calls for verifying and collecting information.

- Work with over 30 imaging facilities in the area, handing scans being sent for review.

- Explain the check in process if new patient and if first time patient using the electronic process.
- Assist patients with signing into electronic check in system, uploading insurance data, identification cards, and verifying, updating patients’ demographic.
- Answer phone calls, voice mails, emails, patients’ queries, directing calls as required, and ensure quality customer service.
- Process and collect copays, account balances and handle correspondence.
