**Summary**
As part of our Clinical Center of Excellence, the Clinical Advisor will serve as a resource to our Data Operations, Product and Client Managementteams. This role acts as the pharmacy and medical policy subject matter expert; providing deep knowledge of the pharmacy and medical benefit space and a level of clinical independence to drive new client growth and increased client retention. He/She will be responsible for consultative support, focusing on designated projects depending on specific client needs. This role may work remotely but may require travel to our main office for meetings as designated by the manager of the Clinical CoE.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy and Medical policy information, insight, and thought leadership
+ Researches pertinent policy information in various strategic business initiatives as appropriate to support client solutions
+ Supports sales and revenue growth by engaging as a trusted expert in client opportunities through research to support solutions, onsite or video presentations and one on one consultation
+ Communicates tactical up-to-date pharmacy and medical policy information in a way that allows clients to understand the impacts of current policy trends
+ Partners with, trains and develops various internal personnel to understand and present key Pharmacy and Medical policy findings
+ Provides detailed pharmacy analysis(es) working with our internal platforms along with various partners and PBM's decision support tools to justify the election of the appropriate pharmacy solution
+ Provides proactive topical pharmacy and medical policy communication(s) to internal staff
+ Contributes to Data Operations, Clinical Center of Excellence team as a collaborative partner and subject matter expert
+ Assists in the development of the Pharmacy "practice" and helps to implement appropriate changes to our solutions and service(s) to improve client result
+ All other duties, as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ BS Pharmacy or PharmD is valued, but not required
+ 5+ years' experience in the Pharmacy industry working directly with prior authorizations, retail pharmacy, or Specialty pharmacy.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of both pharmacy and medical benefit utilization management policies
+ Proven ability to exceed expectations and achieve goals
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
+ Self-motivated with a strong "can do" attitude

This role acts as the pharmacy and medical policy subject matter expert; providing deep knowledge of the pharmacy and medical benefit space and a level of clinical independence to drive new client growth and increased client retention. He/She will be responsible for consultative support, focusing on designated projects depending on specific client needs. This role may work remotely but may require travel to our main office for meetings as designated by the manager of the Clinical CoE.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy and Medical policy information, insight, and thought leadership
+ Researches pertinent policy information in various strategic business initiatives as appropriate to support client solutions
+ Supports sales and revenue growth by engaging as a trusted expert in client opportunities through research to support solutions, onsite or video presentations and one on one consultation
+ Communicates tactical up-to-date pharmacy and medical policy information in a way that allows clients to understand the impacts of current policy trends
+ Partners with, trains and develops various internal personnel to understand and present key Pharmacy and Medical policy findings
+ Provides detailed pharmacy analysis(es) working with our internal platforms along with various partners and PBM's decision support tools to justify the election of the appropriate pharmacy solution
+ Provides proactive topical pharmacy and medical policy communication(s) to internal staff
+ Contributes to Data Operations, Clinical Center of Excellence team as a collaborative partner and subject matter expert
+ Assists in the development of the Pharmacy "practice" and helps to implement appropriate changes to our solutions and service(s) to improve client result
+ All other duties, as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ BS Pharmacy or PharmD is valued, but not required
+ 5+ years' experience in the Pharmacy industry working directly with prior authorizations, retail pharmacy, or Specialty pharmacy.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of both pharmacy and medical benefit utilization management policies
+ Proven ability to exceed expectations and achieve goals
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
+ Self-motivated with a strong "can do" attitude

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus._
