Primary Duties:
- Assists providers with patient exams, procedures, education, and maintains smooth clinical workflows amid fluctuating patient volumes.
- Screens patients for preventive care, safety concerns, and behavioral health needs; supports care coordination and transitions.

Job Summary
Provides general medical care under the direction of a licensed provider to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire and train Medical Assistant staff
- Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit, and prepare the patient for a physical exam

Qualifications
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AMT registered and AAMA Certified Medical Assistants are preferred.

ResponsibilitiesEscort patient to exam room and confirm first & last name & DOB.
Obtain and record vital signs.
Organize patient flow.
Setup procedure tray, instruments, and equipment according to instructions.
