Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide primary-care services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and consistent with the standard of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long term care facility work.
- Review and sign MAR's as requested by facilities, sign all orders specific for a supervising Physician while at the facility and or within 24 hours if faxed or emailed to include phone orders. Review and address labs within 24 hours of them being sent to you. Manage all Scheduled medication prescriptions specific to your facility's patients and specialty and as per Eventus Whole Health's Scheduled Medication Rx Policy.
- Provide facility with adequate time each visit to allow for paperwork and admin duties.
- Work with facility to manage systems. Attend care plan meetings and QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) meetings as requested by facility and or supervisor.
- On Call: As of this date, all providers are expected to be available to their facilities between the hours of 8AM and 5PM by text or phone on the scheduled days of work. We have an ECare team that supports us. Triage Policies and OnCall duties and scheduling will be modified as needed and all providers are expected to adhere to the newest agreed upon triage schedule.
- Submit copies of documentation and billing records to Eventus WholeHealth according to the billing schedules.
- Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration. Provide verbal and/or written instruction or feedback regarding medications and other pertinent caregiver information. Meet with Administrator or designated facility care coordinator equivalent prior to the start of your patient care visits each day and prior to leaving facility each day.
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies and procedures. Be aware of and adhere to all legal and regulatory agencies' rules and guidelines and professional ethical standards. Comply with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times including appropriate use of Cell phone, emails text messaging, patient charts and EMR. Agrees to abide by and be knowledgeable of HIPAA rules and regulations and CPT coding guidelines.
- Licensed MD or DO
- 3 years in Long Term Care/Geriatric Care preferred.
- AMDA Certified a plus but not mandatory
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The main focus will be Medical Director responsibilities at SNFs with responsibility of H&Ps and regulatory visits, and collaborative partnering with other Events WholeHealth doctors for oversight visits at all the ALFs in your territory with a focused intent on MD exposure, meeting with RCC and Admin, being at facility when NP/PA is rounding and doing oversight visits that guide quality of care for our extenders while meeting oversight visit RVUs expectations.
- Supervise all NPs in your region, continue to create systems, work with facility and providers to bring together a systems based approach at facilities.
- Monthly Primary Care Conference Calls
- Work with our Audit team to ensure standard of care and billing criteria are being performed to standards that would meet a medicare or medicaid audit.
- SNF duties: admin duties for SNF (signing MD only paperwork (FL2s, Rehab Certs, etc)
- Attending QA meetings. and OR, be attending physician only making rounds and seeing families as needed.
- Regulatory visits (MD responsible for every other 60 day regulatory visit. NP sees every 30 days x 2)
- Every SNF has a full-time NP to manage all acutes, discharges and tuck ins and provide regular follow ups for your plan of care.

Reporting to the Program Director, the Hyperbaric Technician administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by the Hyperbaric Provider. This position is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems, as well as for the safe delivery of hyperbaric oxygen therapy to the hyperbaric patient. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:- Prepares, educates, and orients patients about the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This includes lifting or transferring patients per local policy, getting them ready for treatment administration, and answering their questions.
- Administers the hyperbaric oxygen therapy as prescribed by the Hyperbaric Provider to the patient. This includes monitoring and controlling the performance of the hyperbaric chamber equipment, as well as monitoring the patient's responses during the session and making proper adjustments to ensure the patient's safety and the safe and effective use of the equipment.
- Makes appropriate data entries for daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care clinic visits and keeps complete and accurate patient records as they pertain to treatment documentation, to include photo uploading.
- Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chamber and other hyperbaric support oxygen systems as required.
- Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed.
- Participates in the safety program activities such as assisting with safety drills.
- If CMA or LPN, may function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) in accordance with Healogics policy.
- Performs other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development)
- Current healthcare professional certification or license as applicable in state of practice - to maintain throughout the duration of employment in this role. This applies to:
- Respiratory Therapist
- Military: Corpsman or Medical Services Specialist

- Pre or post hire completion of Introductory Hyperbaric Training Course, as approved by the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology, Department of Defense, American College of Hyperbaric Medicine or Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society.
- Two (2) or more years' experience in healthcare preferred
- Prior experience in wound or critical care preferred
