Job Description
Full-time temporary position with onboarding program to extend training for new grads of condensed medical assisting programs or someone with less than one year experience. Training will be assigned to 1-2 locations with designated preceptor. Schedule will be determined with clinic schedule but typically is Monday-Friday 8-5pm (EST). Training will occur in sections with check-ins with leadership to strive for successful completion of all clinical duties of CMA, including point of care testing, lab draws, assisting providers with procedures, etc. Successful CMAs will be expected to apply for permanent positions prior to completion of onboarding program and move into that role at completion of training. Certification is a requirement of this position.
