You will have the opportunity to work independently and take on additional supervisory duties when needed. Your commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and quality control will drive our lab's success.
In addition to your technical skills, we value your ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff. You will assist laboratory administration with troubleshooting issues and contributing to the Compliance Program.

Requirements:
- Two- or four-year laboratory science related degree
- Must be registered with ASCP or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an accredited laboratory or in a hospital environment.
- Experience with Point of Care Testing.
- Knowledge of governmental and regulating policies/standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
- Ability to develop and maintain excel spreadsheets for data reporting.
- Ability to detect color and color changes.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills
