We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Marketing Strategy with 7+ years of experience for a fully remote position with our client on the East Coast. Must have experience in the insurance or financial services industries. Must be able to work East Coast hours. Must have experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, Excel, and Tableau. Salary is up to 95K with some flex depending on experience and qualifications.
The Senior Specialist, Marketing Strategy is responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage financial professionals and consumers, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand positioning. This cross-functional role involves collaboration across marketing, research, program development, and product innovation to create impactful initiatives tailored to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement integrated strategies, programs, and tools to engage financial professionals and consumers and drive measurable growth.
+ Utilize advisor and consumer research to inform segmentation strategies and create tailored experiences that enhance engagement.
+ Collaborate with teams to develop solutions for financial professionals, including business cases, impact measurement, and promotional strategies.
+ Design and execute national events targeting financial professionals in partnership with the Convening team.
+ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships aligned with organizational objectives.
+ Optimize content gating strategies for revenue generation and track performance metrics.
+ Support advisor and consumer sub-committees to ensure alignment with strategic goals and member needs.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree required; business-related degree preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, consumer insights, or financial services.
+ Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to drive awareness and sales.
+ Agile and adaptable to changing market or organizational needs.
+ Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
+ Expertise in B2B and B2C segmentation strategies.
+ Self-starter with strong organizational and teamwork skills.

**Position Purpose:**
The Director of Digital and Database Marketing Strategy is an innovative and customer-centric leader who is responsible for developing and overseeing multichannel initiatives that help our brand connect with key stakeholders across different journeys and touchpoints.

+ Lead the creation of new initiatives to support the success of long-term digital strategies (including social media, web, video) and database marketing (text, email)
+ Oversee a team of five digital, social, and database marketing professionals
+ Lead digital communications and social media strategy, including audience development, content creation, and distribution across multiple platforms
+ Oversee the management and optimization of digital and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
+ Develop and manage a robust strategy for paid and organic content that is audience-centric, compelling, and aligns with business goals
+ Oversee creation and maintenance of web sites, including content, accessibility, design and performance
+ Collaborate with IT to improve the site's UX/UI, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and goals
+ Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for optimization in content, navigation, SEO, and user flow
+ Develop and oversee enterprise video strategy
+ Develop and oversee the strategy, content, and implementation of email and text campaigns

**Education/Experience:**
10+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields and 5+ years of leadership experience/managing teams.
Digital/social media, analytics, and digital marketing expertise.
**Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Technical SEO, UI/UX Design, SEM/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud.:**
Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
