Overview
The Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health & Psychiatry program provides a therapeutic environment through individualized treatment. The Registered Nurse promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members as necessary.

The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
