Role and Responsibilities
  • Looking for a dynamic leader to head their onsite account and manage all aspects of Project deliverables, Customer and Stakeholder service, and Operations.
  • Reporting to the BU head and US Sales head, you will be:
  • Responsible for and accountable for defining, directing, monitoring, and managing all service delivery activity and support functions for the Medical BU needs.
  • Overseeing the management of operations, and deliverables to have better efficacy.
  • Driving the cost efficiency of the centre, maximizing the Business Units throughput & productivity, and focusing on the inclusive culture of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Should have experience in handling cross-functional global R&D teams in matrix setting, program management, operations management, driving growth through innovative strategies, exceptional team leadership, and meticulous program execution.
  • Experience in product development lifecycle for safety-critical products, medical devices, regulatory domain
  • Excellent business leadership, and operations management skills blended with strong business acumen.
  • Hands-on experience in medical devices regulations/standards viz. ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, FDA QSR, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR, REACH, RoHS etc.
  • Deliver consistently high customer satisfaction, measured through formal and informal feedback.
  • Manage and mitigate risks across Technical and Operational processes and customer servicing functions.
  • Drive business growth through partnership with Sales Team to execute solutions for existing customers and new customers.
  • Enhance the workplace through leadership, employee engagement and personnel development.
  • Work with business partners to accurately forecast and support business growth strategies.
  • Work with Delivery Managers/Project Managers closely to adopt customer-friendly strategies to execute timeliness in project deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize company objectives and meet aggressive deadlines.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Must Have:
  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering with - A minimum of 8+ years of Experience in a similar role in the IT Services / Software Industry.
  • MBA in General Management would be an add-on advantage.

Eligibility:
  • The ideal candidate should have done his engineering from a premium institute with Bachelor's in Mechanical or Bio- medical.
  • Experience in managing all aspects (Delivery & operations) of an account mandatorily in the medical devices / Regulatory space
  • Ability to clearly craft, communicate, measure, and manage the expectations of stakeholders.

The Medical Equipment Cleaner is responsible for the efficient cleaning of all appropriate HME products and performs basic diagnostic checks and assembly. Maintaining equipment appearance and verifying equipment is working properly is vital to this role.

Job Duties / Essential Functions:

  • Performs daily cleaning and care of equipment utilizing established department work standards and follows proper cleaning guidelines, utilizing the proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Accurately tracks each piece of equipment cleaned.
  • Inspects, adjusts, and/or lubricates equipment according to specifications. Makes minor repairs, when needed.
  • Monitors and reports abnormal wear and tear to equipment that may be caused by customer misuse or abuse.
  • Follows established maintenance and cleaning schedule for each piece of equipment per specific equipment procedure requirements and per Manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Assists with unloading equipment that needs to be cleaned, placing it in the proper dirty staging area, ensuring not to travel through clean area with dirty equipment.
  • All other duties assigned.
Requirements

Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
