Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality-related activities for their innovative medical device products. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards and maintaining the highest levels of product safety and efficacy. You will lead a team of quality professionals, develop and implement robust quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, US , with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other relevant international standards.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and validation of raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Manage the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits by regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Review and approve design history files (DHFs), technical documentation, and validation protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Lead risk management activities throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure quality is built into new product development.
  • Manage supplier quality, including audits and qualification processes.
  • Champion a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a management role within the medical device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and other relevant global quality standards.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles (ISO 14971).
  • Experience with CAPA, complaint handling, and non-conformance reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**A Day in the Life**
The Senior Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the financial services strategy across various regions/countries. This role requires a project management mindset to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless execution of financing solutions and business objectives.
Medtronic Financial Services supports the financing needs of our end-user customers, providing solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities investing in high-value equipment like the O-arm and Hugo surgical systems. Our team collaborates with external partners for underwriting and sales coordination.

This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Management:** Lead cross-functional projects aimed at gross margin improvement and operational excellence. Manage the deployment of training modules across different organizational units and regions.

The Radiometer Sales Representative is tasked with building and nurturing customer relationships, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing sales growth with existing clients. The Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing a territory plan to deliver year over year installed base and core growth directed by annual performance objectives and quota.

The Medical Writer on our Regulatory Clinical Evaluation team provides technical and strategic writing expertise throughout the product development and life cycle process. Daily activities are related to authoring Clinical Evaluation Reporting documents for the Heart Failure, Vascular, and Cardiac Rhythm Management products. Experience in clinical study management and design, medical, or scientific writing, and/or quality engineering/risk management and strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
**What You'll Work On**
+ Writes and contributes to Clinical Evaluation reporting deliverables including Clinical Evaluation Plans/Reports, SSCPs, Regulatory Responses and other related documentation.
+ Evaluates and summarizes clinical evidence including data from sources such as clinical investigations, literature, post-market surveillance, risk, and post market clinical evaluations. Analyzes results in preparation for product applications and submissions.
+ Collaborates with team members and stakeholders in planning for and supporting CER related projects and processes.
+ Supports additional clinical, regulatory, quality and engineering related deliverable as assigned.
+ Effectively communicates and collaborates with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing Library Services, Product Performance Group (PPG), Quality Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Risk Management and Medical Affairs in completing clinical evaluation project related deliverables.
+ Maintains thorough knowledge of assigned products. Identifies appropriate sources of relevant data, interprets, evaluates and incorporates information from various sources including literature, clinical data, and medical references.
+ Reviews IFUs, Patient Guides, Risk Management files, Clinical Evaluation Protocols, Clinical Evaluation Reports and Plans (CER/CEP), physician training materials, to ensure alignment of risk information.
+ Involved in responses to complex queries such as those issued by notified bodies and stakeholders.
+ Authors and contributes to necessary documents for regulatory submissions and communications, risk reviews and other processes such as regulatory inquiries.
+ Ensures quality in all deliverables and documentation with attention to detail, consistency and integrity of data. **Required Qualifications**

We are looking for our next **Manager, Clinical Data Review** to lead our team on-site out of our Maple Grove, MN or Sylmar, CA location. As a manager, the individual has primary management responsibility directly or through subordinates for all data related to clinical studies. This new team member will have accountability for all data entry activities, Case Report Form (CRF) design, edit check specifications, and other requirements of the Clinical databases, providing datasets and performing data cleaning for analysis. Additionally, will identify and routinely use the most effective, cost efficient and best business practice to execute processes; continually evaluate their effectiveness and appropriateness. The Manager, Clinical Data Review will exercise judgment in planning, organizing and performing work; monitor performance and report statuses to executive management as well as assures that quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements. The individual will remain current on developments in field(s) of expertise to ensure that clinical trial protocol elements are appropriately captured on CRFs and databases for analysis; responsible for ensuring database integrity.

+ Responsible for hiring and retaining a diverse, highly qualified data management staff and for providing career coaching, growth, and personal development. Accountable for staff development: critiques, instructs, mentors, evaluates, and coaches. Ensures staff is appropriately trained in processes and procedures; ensures established processes and procedures are being followed and documented. + Manages custom requests and reporting from clinical databases (i.e., Oracle Clinical, etc.) made by the Clinical department and other departments.

+ Remains current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, and industry trends and trains staff regarding changing regulations that affect clinical studies. This Compliance Manager, Global Regulatory Operations would be structured under Global Regulatory Services managing projects related to harmonized regulatory processes in Abbott's Medical Device Division. As an individual contributor, the function of a Compliance Manager is to combine the knowledge of Regulatory, Quality and Compliance to manage implementation of global emerging regulations and improve procedural compliance in response to Abbott Regulatory teams' requests working closely with the international regulatory affiliates, the medical device business unit RA teams and cross functional groups. The compliance projects require an experienced Regulatory mindset to lead complex cross functional/cross business strategic discussions and projects.
