Valet Team Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Full-Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.
- Days and Shifts might vary based on business needs and availability.

- Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
- Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses.)
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
- This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
- Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment.
You are a well-spoken, professional , and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.
You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Our Hospitality and Valet Team plays a crucial role in shaping the first and last impressions of patients and guests during their hospital visits, allowing them to make a significant impact every day. This team understands that people come first , embodying exceptional customer service in their interactions with patients, guests, and hospital staff. They warmly welcome individuals and go above and beyond by providing assistance with various services, such as loading and unloading vehicles, helping those with mobility challenges, and offering wheelchair and escort services when needed. These actions are just a small part of what our team does to enhance the patient experience.

- Full-Time employee will typically work five 8-hour shifts
- From Monday - Friday
- Between 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Full-Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.

- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
- Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
- Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
- Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
- Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
- Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
- Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment

- Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
- Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Speak, read, and write Standard English (Bilingual not required but a plus!)
- Effectively build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
- Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
- Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace
- Base pay of $15/hour plus tips

Position Key Accountabilities:
The Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Division within McGovern Medical School is a rapidly expanding program that provides direct patient care at multiple sites within the Memorial Hermann healthcare system. The program offers a variety of services including patient evaluations within the OB Emergency Department, obstetrical management of unassigned L&D patients, GYN care for unassigned patients presenting to the ER requiring consultation or management, private OB call coverage and L&D support, surgical assistance, and OB emergency rapid response. We pride ourselves on elevating the standard of care for women within our facilities and improving safety and clinical outcomes.
Our physicians work independently at some sites while supervising medical students, residents, fellows, and physician assistants or nurse practitioners at others. Our affiliation with McGovern Medical School ensures access to state-of-the-art care capabilities and readily available sub-specialty support. Our facilities range from low to high volume and acuity, with shifts typically spanning 12-24 hours. Our physicians are trained to manage a variety of OB and GYN emergencies while engaging in clinical research. Active participation in the Society of Ob/Gyn Hospitalists is encouraged. Additionally, physicians may manage outpatient GYN patients with surgical opportunities.
