Qualifications-Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
-Assists studio manager with retaining current memberships
-Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customers questions and needs
-Answers phone calls, books appointments, and enthusiastically greets guests
-Assists in administrative tasks (including filing and data entry) of guests records and surveys
-Prepare guests records for services
-Participate in special events to promote studio
-Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby, studio and public areas (including restroom)
-Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
-Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
-Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Professional appearance
-Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
