**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Coach MyLife Advisor associates with tenure of 0 to 12 months on the most efficient and professional way to handle all types of calls.
+ Monitor associate/client interactions utilizing the quality monitoring system and evaluate calls to ensure that World Class Service is being delivered based on the guidelines provided.
+ Train and mentor team members and identify development needs, working with Leadership to coordinate additional training as needed.
+ Identify learning gaps during the evaluation/ real-time support process and work with the My Life Advisor Learning & Development team to develop and conduct additional training as needed.
+ Serve as a resource for team members, based on a strong working knowledge of team responsibilities, goals and associates individual development plans and training needs.
+ Provide leaders with qualitative and quantitative feedback on their team members to assist with overall performance management.
+ As needed, collaborate with Team Leads in My Life Advisors to ensure consistency in content that is being guided and/or trained.
+ Collaborate with peers in hosting and/or managing regular meetings, e.g., monthly with business.
+ Assist as needed in management and/or provision of call recordings via Calabrio.
+ Collaborate as needed with peers in operations on project related work that touches MyLife Advisors.
+ Assist as needed in associate engagement-related activities, e.g., desk drops tied to MyLife Advisor celebrations.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent in education and experience
+ At least 2 years of Contact Center Team experience

Responsibilities:For Assigned Matters:
- Manages case handling responsibilities for cases from inception to disposition.
- Meets all court deadlines and moves matters forward at the pace that is right for each client.
- Responsible for the competent provision of legal services, from inception to settlement, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates; and overseeing and analyzing discovery.
- Develop legal strategies and advise clients regarding their best legal interests, serving as the principal contact between the Firm and the clients.
- Represent clients at mediation, deposition, motions, trials, and hearings.
- Contemporaneously track and record time worked on matters in the firm's CMS.
- Ensure that the bar license is in good standing at all times; notify the owner immediately if it is not up to date.
- Notify the owner immediately if aware of a grievance or complaint, or a threat of complaint to the State Bar.
Supervision & Development of Other Attorneys:
- Onboard and provide intensive supervision, coaching, and accountability, matched to skill and experience, for new attorneys to the firm.
- Oversee, counsel, guide, train, and coach associates and contract attorneys, including assigning work and monitoring work product.
- Monitor and mold team member billables and KPI performance to help team members maximize their compensation and boost firm retention.
- Lead weekly case file reviews and strategy setting/execution.
- Provide input into the evaluations of all associates and contract attorneys.
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews of the production team to include insight for continued individual development.
Experience:
- Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an attorney.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a family law attorney.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a managing attorney.
- Significant success record in family law matters.

Purpose
The Youth Mentoring Case Manager serves as the program lead for the Youth Mentoring Program. Many refugee youth and young adults arrive to the U.S. having experienced violence, family loss and separation, interruptions to schooling, among many other adverse experiences and require social, emotional, educational and vocational support to foster healthy integration. The Youth Mentoring Program supports refugee youth and young adults as they link with resources and processes aimed at strengthening their social, civic, academic and career prospects in the community through community mentor matches and CWS-led group activities. This position aims to ensure timely delivery and documentation of services and compliance with the program requirements as established by program funders.
Responsibilities
- Complete enrollment and intake process with eligible clients, conducting an interview with each participating individual, with parents/guardians as applicable, to identify learning goals, and review program requirements.
- Recruit, onboard, and train volunteer mentors from the local community. Match mentors with mentees and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot any issues, concerns, or needs in order to make the match successful.
- Plan and manage a calendar of group activity and events throughout the grant cycle. Build relationships with community partners who can help facilitate these activities and provide expertise and resources to participants.
- Support mentee and family access to support including internal programming, community resources, and emergency support as needed.
- Collaborate with other program team to ensure coordinated and seamless service delivery.
- Work with clients to develop individualized, achievable service plans and support them in navigating resources and programs to address barriers to resettlement and self-sufficiency.
- Advocate on behalf of clients with local service providers and community agencies to strengthen referral systems and ensure equitable access to services.
- Ensure accurate and timely case file documentation and data entry in accordance with program and compliance requirements.
- Meet bi-monthly with each participant and mentor to assess progress toward the achievement of goals and advise participants on overcoming any potential obstacles, including any conflicts.
- Travel regularly within the service delivery area for home visits, agency meetings, and provider coordination.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, and staff development activities to strengthen program delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the program.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 3-4 years' experience working with refugees or immigrants, and previous case management experience.
- Strongly preferred that candidates are bilingual in English and a refugee language.
- The successful candidate must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) and internet applications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, including an ability to communicate in a trauma-informed, positive, caring, and professional manner, demonstrating respect and empathy.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment required.

Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) offers structured, one-to-one, strength-based support services between a therapeutic mentor and a youth for the purpose of addressing daily living, social, and communication needs. The mentor works with a clinical therapist to explore a youth’s interests and abilities and creates activities that build various life skills and result in linkages to community activities.
Therapeutic Mentoring services are in person and typically provided to youth in any setting where the youth reside, such as the home (including foster homes and therapeutic foster homes). We encourage individuals who believe they have the skills necessary to thrive to apply for this role even if they don't meet 100% of the job requirements.

Community Services Institute (CSI) was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. Through our Children’s Behavorial Health Initiative (CBHI)- Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) program we offer community-based interventions that support youth under 21 years old and actively engaged in therapy.
