- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in professional kitchens, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Chef role, preferably with catering experience.
- Proven expertise in menu development and creation, with a strong understanding of flavor profiles, presentation, and dietary restrictions.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in cost control, inventory management, and budget forecasting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe certification) is mandatory.
