Trillium Construction is hiring for an MEP Project Manager in Lexington, KY to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on complex construction projects. Duties:

Qualifications:

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Project Coordination & Leadership: Lead and manage multiple HVAC MEP projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
+ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Scope, Budget, & Estimating: Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Oversee cost estimates, procurement, and project scheduling.

+ Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative approach that drives results.
