**Payload and Ground Systems Division - Remote Sensing Programs (PGS RSP)** is a strategic partner specializing in delivering intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions for classified and unclassified missions in space. Headquartered in **Linthicum, Maryland,** PGS RSP has offices, manufacturing, and world-class assembly, integration, and test facilities. We have an opening for an experienced **Electrical Engineer or Principal Electrical Engineer** to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Space Systems organization. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and fabrication of the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) suite of test sets. The EGSE test sets are used to check out, integrate, and operate Flight hardware during ground test. These test sets provide power, control, telemetry, safety interlocking and cooling. This candidate will be part of a small EGSE Design Team supporting a few programs.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant. They will ensure electrical project work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner and in compliance with environmental requirements and to work cooperatively to plan, schedule, and execute all control system activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability.

The Electrical Engineer will also be a part of the the company's Build4Growth Program. This is an extensive, 16-month cement manufacturing learning and development program designed to provide new graduate engineers with foundational knowledge and experience on the main operational areas of our cement plants. This program is built on a blended learning approach including online learning, face-to-face sessions, on-the-job assignments, and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

• Promote electrical safety and safe work practices in the workplace with subordinates.
• Responsible for supervising the electrical and instrumentation technicians in the execution of daily work orders and projects assigned by the maintenance coordinator.

• Responsible for the accurate documentation of electrical schematics and stores spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all system programming meets with proper environmental compliance.
• Maintain system documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history
• Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
• Define, write and implement changes to existing process control programs.
• Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
• Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for all electrical maintenance activities at the plant. They will ensure electrical project work is completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner and in compliance with environmental requirements and to work cooperatively to plan, schedule, and execute all control system activities in the plant in order to maximize equipment utilization and reliability.

The Electrical Engineer will also be a part of the the company's Build4Growth Program. This is an extensive, 16-month cement manufacturing learning and development program designed to provide new graduate engineers with foundational knowledge and experience on the main operational areas of our cement plants. This program is built on a blended learning approach including online learning, face-to-face sessions, on-the-job assignments, and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promote safety with all other employees and outside contractors.
• Promote electrical safety and safe work practices in the workplace with subordinates.
• Responsible for supervising the electrical and instrumentation technicians in the execution of daily work orders and projects assigned by the maintenance coordinator.
• Electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This includes conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment, collection of quantitative data, its' organization and analysis using a variety of traditional as well as technically advanced diagnostic tools.
• Responsible for the accurate documentation of electrical schematics and stores spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all system programming meets with proper environmental compliance.
• Maintain system documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history
• Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
• Define, write and implement changes to existing process control programs.
• Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
• Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.

The Lincoln Electric Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Euclid, OH world headquarters. The Electrical Engineer plays a key role in the electrical design, development, and support of Lincoln's DC Fast Charger, one of our newest product lines. You will help drive the future of clean energy solutions by contributing to the development of DC Fast Chargers (DCFC) for electric vehicles (EV) team.

What You Will Do:

• Electrical Design & Development: Design and implement electrical systems and circuits for DCFC products, including but not limited to magnetics, circuit boards, wire harnesses, and integration with software controls.
li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software/controls engineers to integrate electrical and software systems effectively, ensuring seamless product development.
• Thermal & Mechanical Design Support: Partner with mechanical engineers to ensure that electrical and thermal requirements are addressed within the mechanical packaging and system design.
• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines to ensure that all designs meet or exceed safety and performance requirements.
• Manufacturing & Testing: Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to define policies and processes for building and testing high-power EV chargers, ensuring product quality and manufacturability.

Required Experience and Education

li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field. < i>Level II Engineer 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in electrical design.
• Level III Engineer 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in electrical design.
• Level IV Engineer 9+ years - Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization with specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
