Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
- Licensure: Active LPN license in Oklahoma.
- Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
- Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Purpose: The CRNA provides anesthetic care for all patients in cooperation with the supervising physician, following Department of Anesthesiology standards and hospital policies. * Assists with the teaching and evaluation of newly hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs.
* Performs according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Review appropriate documentation for informed consent and identify appropriate surgical site with operating room staff and surgeon in accordance with departmental and regulatory compliance standards
* Participate in the Quality Improvement (QI) process through documentation, incident reporting, evaluation, education, and implementation.

* Knowledgeable regarding controlled substance policies in accordance with Federal and State laws required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
* Board Certified, Recertified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists required.
* CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
