**Responsibilities**
Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive leadership as the Ministry Market's COO and as the Chief Nursing Officer lead the Hospital's senior management team in planning, directing, and coordinating operations to achieve the health ministry's mission, strategic directives and goals.
+ Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies, and short- and long-term objectives.
+ Collaborate with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards for the nursing departments.
+ Develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
+ Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
+ Develop and implement a program to measure, assess and improve the quality of nursing care provided by the organization.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare.
+ Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. They are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure and maintaining the vehicle activity and maintenance logs.
**Job Details**
**Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15-$16 per hour.
**Work Schedule:** The work schedule for this position will fluctuate based on business volume. This will be clarified in the interview process. There is currently two shifts available: 6:00am - 9:00am / 3:00pm - 8:00pm.
**Paid Time Off:** Employees accrue 0.0192 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year. Employees accrue 0.02 hours of floating holiday per hour worked up to a maximum of 32 hours per calendar year.
**Benefits:** Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k retirement savings plan.

**SUMMARY**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
**Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:**
+ Must be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen and other requirements set forth by the client
+ Due to vehicle leasing contract requirements must be at least 21 years of age
+ Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times
+ Pass annual / semiannual MVR check
+ Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park as applicable
+ Must possess current Medical Examiners Certificate
+ Must maintain an up to date license as well as DOT endorsements and a bi-annual physical exam as applicable

Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Radiologist to join our team of established radiologists at Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio. Formal fellowship training in Body or Breast Imaging is preferred, but can be offset with experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with general and procedural radiology. Special expertise in mammography is highly desired. This position does NOT require evening or overnight rotations.
