Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead the modernization of our financial systems, operational workflows, and marketing strategies. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., AppFolio Realm-X, Cube, Nominal) to automate financial reporting, create KPI dashboards, capture data across leasing, maintenance, and vendor workflows, and launch tokenized real estate offerings. You will drive scalability to service retail investors, optimize tenant data for marketing, and enhance our digital presence with AI-generated content and automated lead nurturing. Key Responsibilities
Financial Systems and FP&A :
- Lead integration of AppFolio Plus with Realm-X, Cube, and Nominal to automate accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
- Develop KPI dashboards (e.g., NOI, occupancy, delinquency) using Cube's no-code platform with natural language forecasting.
- Ensure compliance for investor reporting under SEC Reg A+ guidelines.
Operational Workflow Automation :
- Implement data capture for leasing (e.g., ad clicks at 30 Morningside), maintenance work orders, supply orders, fuel consumption, payroll, and contractor/legal fees.
- Deploy tools like LeadSimple, UpKeep, and Spendesk to track and analyze operational data; use AI for insights (e.g., bulk pricing negotiations with vendors).
Tokenization and Investor Management :
- Oversee tokenization of commercial assets (e.g., 22 Chapel) using platforms like Lofty AI or Securitize, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build investor portals with real-time performance dashboards; automate KYC and investor onboarding.
AI-Driven Marketing and Lead Nurturing :
- Manage AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Canva AI) to create educational content showcasing Delshah's expertise in distressed real estate.

Project Management :
- Coordinate a 12-18 month transformation plan, managing vendors, budgets (~ 180k- 280k/year recurring, 60k- 100k setup), and cross-functional teams.
- Pilot solutions (e.g., Realm-X for one property); monitor KPIs like automation ROI (>50% labor reduction) and forecast accuracy (>95%).
- Train staff (10-20 users) on new tools; ensure seamless adoption.
Qualifications
Experience :
- 5+ years in digital transformation, IT project management, or real estate operations, with 2+ years in real estate/finance tech.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
