We seek an experienced, motivated Azure and Microsoft 365 Licensing Specialist consultant to join our Managed Cloud team. The candidate should have at least 4-6 years of demonstrable experience producing technically focused responses around Azure Licensing, Microsoft M365 and modern workplace solutions including Licensing, Resell/Co-Sell CSP/MSP environment. This Azure and M365 technical sales consultant will also be client-facing and required to confidently & professionally present designed solutions. Given the nature of the role, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services/Azure Services and wider Microsoft and Azure modern management practices is required, with relevant Microsoft 365 Certified status.
What will you do?
As the Azure and M365 Licensing Specialist you will work closely with our business development, portfolio, and technology teams to ensure that the proposed M365 / Modern Workplace solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with our services.
As a leading Microsoft/Azure Managed Service Provider (MSP), we provide comprehensive technology solutions to our clients anchored around the Microsoft technology stack. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth by delivering exceptional pre-sales support around Azure, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions.
In this role, you will often act as the technical point of contact for the customer to prove credibility and ability to execute. You will manage customer expectations and issues regarding ongoing opportunities alongside the business development team.
Working with the Redapt Managed Cloud Team and supporting the sales team, the role will involve working with external clients & vendors, along with internal Service Account Managers and Business Development Managers to deliver solutions to our existing and future clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the business development team to identify and qualify opportunities, create proposals, and deliver presentations.
- Ensure that all technical responses are accurately addressed and highlight the strengths of our solution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects on Microsoft 365 solutions, including security, compliance, collaboration, and productivity, as it relates to licensing.

- Analyze, design and propose solutions that meet the customer's needs and align with their business goals, challenges and vision.

- Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible, compatible, and scalable.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the portfolio development team to improve the company's offerings.
- Liaise with the Operations and Professional Services teams to understand the effectiveness of the solutions provided and provide improvements for future bids.
- Travel to and from client sites for meetings and presentations, both individually and as part of a wider delivery team on an as needed basis.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or as a technical consultant, engineer, licensing expert, or analyst.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of demystifying technical details for a non-technical audience.
- Adept analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative flair for tackling customer challenges.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed - expectation is up to 10%.
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform and Entra ID, and associated licensing and Microsoft licensing models.
- Strong and demonstrable experience in the EUC arena, covering Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Intune.

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $160k -$170kannually + bonuses + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. The Microsoft Solutions Consultant (MSC) will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales motions of the Microsoft Digital Innovation Group around Azure. This role focuses on pre-sales activities, including Microsoft partner engagements and service offerings.
The Microsoft Solutions Consultant will report to the Director of Microsoft Digital Innovation. Microsoft Solutions Consultant is expected to spend time interfacing and building relationships with existing and potential SHI customers, the SHI Microsoft sales team and other internal support organizations. They will assist in the adoption, education, advisory services, and effective use of Microsoft solutions. The Microsoft Solutions Consultant must be a continuous learner and curious about current and future Microsoft cloud technologies.
**Role Description**
+ Build and maintain relationship with Microsoft Customer Technical Specialists
+ Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to drive customer SHI value
+ Lead internal training sessions on Microsoft cloud technology from engineering and sales perspectives
+ Engage with Microsoft support resources to ensure efficient and accurate communication with customers
+ Consult on Microsoft cloud products, implementation, and adoption strategies
+ Develop demos for popular Microsoft use cases to drive professional services engagements, licensing upsells, and customer adoption
+ Deliver Microsoft Partner-led pre-sales engagements around Azure initiatives
+ Achieve technical and administrative Microsoft Certifications as needed
+ Documentation and updates of opportunities within corresponding SHI internal tools

+ History of delivering MCI Partner-led engagements
+ Experience with workload migrations into Azure
+ Experience securing Azure resources according to best practices
+ Strong knowledge of Azure governance, reporting, and optimization
**Certifications:**
Certification Required within 180 days of hire:
+ Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate, OR
+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, OR
+ Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, OR
+ Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate

+ Ability to travel up to 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $00,000 - 190,000 which includes a base plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
