  • Capture and synthesize complex business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes

  • Transform business needs into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria that guide development teams

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic objectives

  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle

  • Lead sprint planning sessions and contribute to product roadmap development with data-driven insights

  • Validate delivered solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and business alignment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership or functional consulting, preferably in technology implementation projects

  • Proven history of working in the insurance domain

  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and management methodologies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystems

  • Familiar with Power Automate
