Responsibilities

Capture and synthesize complex business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes
-
Transform business needs into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria that guide development teams
-
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic objectives
-
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle
-
Lead sprint planning sessions and contribute to product roadmap development with data-driven insights
-
Validate delivered solutions against requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and business alignment
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership or functional consulting, preferably in technology implementation projects
-
Proven history of working in the insurance domain
-
Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and management methodologies
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform ecosystems
-
Familiar with Power Automate
-
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and related ceremonies
-
Strong knowledge of backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
-
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $188,000.
