When new cases come in (the information) they log the information and process it through to the next stage. The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel.
They want them to hopefully understand HIPAA Regulations. They don't need to be an expert, they just want them to understand they are handling sensitive information and preventing who has access to that information.
Soft skills are that they want them to be reliable, accurate, and thorough.
**The way they take the next step in the process from the basic ones:
They will take the client case and triage it. Decide does it need policy review? Does it have the right type of policy to it? Are there questions that are correct on the form? What department needs to handle this? What specialty? Send it to the right case reviewer. And then they will handle the calls and emails from the clients to schedule them.

_DUTIES:_ Create data structures and process that support marketing campaigns, advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Support of the MarTech system, including issue resolution, maintenance, production change request testing and implementation, and competently working within Palantir, the vendor provided marketing campaign tool solution. Work directly with our client community to define requirements then design and develop solutions that are architecturally sound, scalable, and adhere to the team defined frameworks. Act as an expert on the sourcing data for one or more of AT&T's major products. Work closely with our partners in the Chief Data Office (CDO) to define, develop, and maintain data systems that power AT&T Marketing operations, Details. Work on multiple projects concurrently within an informal and matrixed organization, independently managing your own priorities and schedule, communication effectively in verbal and written form. Create and present detail designs to meet user requirements. Create data models, including robust data definitions, which may be entity-relationship-attribute models, star-schema, or dimensional models. Create SQL programs to extract, transform and load data from and to various targets such as Palantir, Flat Files, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, SNOWFLAKE and Vertica using Python, Spark, Databricks Tools. Work with complex customer data. Oversee quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance. Create data structures for analytics, modeling and reporting. Use big data and cloud platforms (Hadoop, AWS, Azure). Utilize database marketing support. Support telco, Uverse, and wireless data.
_REQUIREMENTS:_ Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation creating SQL programs to extract, transform and load data from and to various targets including Palantir, Flat Files, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, SNOWFLAKE and Vertica using Python, Spark, Databricks Tools; working with complex customer data; overseeing quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance; creating data structures for analytics, modeling and reporting; using big data and cloud platforms (Hadoop, AWS, Azure);and utilizing database marketing support.
