JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three (3) years' experience conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and requirements in order to improve processes and applications to increase information sharing and collaboration among geographically separated organizations.
- At least three (3) years' with analysis, problem solving, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues associated with individual web development efforts, web page rendering, latency and authentication/access issues.
- At least three (3) years' experience performing administrative duties in a joint environment. - Demonstrate at least three (3) years' experience using technology to streamline unique business processes for the overall benefit of an organization. Demonstrated experience with Information Management (IM) / KM intelligence tools, processes, and activities is highly desired.
- Demonstrate at least three (3) years' experience communicating with senior ranking government and military officials. Experience shall demonstrate the ability to deconstruct complex technical theories into understood concepts.
- At least three (3) or more years of experience with project management tools and techniques, to include Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server.
- At least three (3) or more years of experience with computer based scheduling tools (ex. OnePager).
- At least three (3) or more years of experience working with DoD customers and basic knowledge of computers and software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- At least three (3) or more years' experience producing deliverables and milestones within the timelines indicated by the Government or customer.
- At least three (3) or more years of fundamental project management skills, as described in the PMBOK Guide - Seventh Edition (PMP desirable -not required).
- At least three (3) or more years of experience coordinating with multiple organizations and presenting project information to varying audiences, including senior leaders.

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor Providing A&AS support to the Government with the J64 Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Provide support to J64 senior-level leadership, USSTRATCOM customer(s), and 55CONS to develop an IMS consisting of 1k+ unique IDs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the J2 Knowledge Management team in identifying requirements and project goals and in determining the scope of projects.
- Use project management tools in conjunction with written and oral communication to relay project progress and status to team members, leadership and KM customers.
- Provide support to the government in planning and documenting project tasks to ensure deliverables and projects are completed on-time and within scope of project. Contractor shall relay any issues with projects to leadership.
- Support the government in prioritizing projects and tasks.
- Work with KM customers through current business processes using various project management tools noting areas of inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and documenting the final outcome.
- Assist the government in documenting projects, applications, and websites to provide clarity of the processes, workflows, and design elements.
- Provide support to fully integrate MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with MS SharePoint.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop, maintain, and support software tools and custom tools and lab instruments to enable characterization, troubleshooting, and optimization of Google Pixel products.
+ Create performant firmware, drivers, and UI software for advanced processor and FPGA-based test, validation, and protocol-analysis/exercising instruments using C, C++, and Python.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, silicon, and system engineering teams to design and implement specialized test benches and fixtures. In this role, you will help establish infrastructure, design and develop software tools that will automate, track or audit processes and methods needed to build safety-critical software that will revolutionize transportation in the 21st century.
