Job Description: We are urgently seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Project Manager with 10+ years of experience, preferably in the financial services domain, to join an ongoing digital transformation program.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and a solid understanding of the financial services domain . This role requires a leader who can manage complex enterprise-level projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement modules)
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans
• Manage all phases of project lifecycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure adherence to financial services regulatory and compliance standards
• Provide risk management, issue tracking, and resolution strategies
• Conduct regular status meetings and executive updates
• Ensure successful UAT, training, and change management for go-live readiness
• Partner with Capco and Wells Fargo stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CRM, ERP)
• Proven delivery track record in large-scale Dynamics implementations
• Strong domain knowledge in Banking, Finance, or Capital Markets
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

• Experience with integrations involving Azure, Power Platform, or other Microsoft stack
• Experience working in a consulting environment or with clients like Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, etc.

We're seeking a Manager to lead our critical Software Tools & Infrastructure team. This team is responsible for developing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining internal software tools, simulation infrastructure, and data infrastructure. These tools and capabilities are foundational to the enterprise and are relied upon to enable the development, validation, and certification of Wisk's autonomous eVTOL aircraft. The retained candidate will be a key leader that ensures the efficiency, scalability, availability, and reliability of mission critical tools and infrastructure.

This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.

As the leader of our Software Tools & Infrastructure team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the core infrastructure that enables our product development.
