Key Responsibilities:
+ Project Planning & Execution
+ Lead the electrical construction efforts from pre-construction through commissioning.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience managing hyperscale or large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
+ Skills & Certifications
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems: MV/LV distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and BMS integration.

Responsibilities- Oversees multiple installations for various customers at any given time that are complex in nature and may include a variety of service offers.
- Coordinate and/or verify orders and deliveries involved in implementation. Function as primary customer liaison during implementations from point of order receipt through installation. Upon installation provides customer with contact information and methods for all Fidium support teams.
- Maintains a project schedule for all installs via support systems such as Salesforce, Prism, Netcracker, Siebel and M6 and conducts regular meetings with members of the various departments involved to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Write project plans outside of operational support systems to coordinate multi circuit/multi-site installations. If necessary, modifies the plans and communicates changes to all parties involved.
- Coordinates the scheduling of all critical dates to the project with both internal Fidium resources and external vendors.
- Ensures all service testing is completed in advance of turn up and when necessary, ensures that any issues that arise are resolved.
- Provides training resources to customer, based on Product designated standards, as necessary and ensures satisfaction of installation upon completion of the project.
- Manage own work schedule under general direction from management.
- Ability to forecast installed revenue and achieve 90%+ to forecast attainment monthly.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of Company's services and products, handbooks, training guides and product reference files to assist the customer with any questions that may arise through the installation process.
- Assists with maintaining files of customer records and other pertinent material.
Performs miscellaneous duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications- Minimum of five to seven years relevant experience.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, telecommunications & networking, or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred understanding of various service offerings and transport types including: Dark fiber, Wave, DIA, Switched E, SIP, IP-PRI, ProConnect, Cloud WiFi, SD-WAN, Cloud Secure and other Advances Services offered

Your Opportunity
Stantec, is seeking a mid to senior-level professional to join our Midwest group. This position will offer the right person significant opportunities for leadership and growth in the regional market. In this role, the candidate will focus on technical work, project management, and business development. Previous consulting or environmental engineering related experience is highly preferable. Our environmental services group provides a wide range of professional consulting services to municipal, industrial, and commercial clients. Our projects range from planning and permitting to design, engineering and construction. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, embraces teamwork, and has the desire to grow and develop professionally. This position will be involved in managing, performing, and supporting project work as well as preparing proposals and developing business with key clients (seller / doer role). Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of professionals to assist our clients on a wide variety of engineering and environmental opportunities. It is anticipated these may include, but are not limited to: - Industrial by-product management, agri-business, and food security
- Civil site design
- Wastewater treatment
- Environmental services, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
- Stormwater management and permitting
- Water resources, drainage, and erosion control
- Slope stabilization
- Site investigation / remediation
- Solid waste management
- Manage and lead technical work
- Provide QC review for technical work
- Draft and review proposals
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to undertake infrastructure projects related to planning, design, and construction.
- Prepare technical reports, concept designs, construction specifications, construction drawings, and permit applications for approvals.
- Liaise with clients and sub-consultants and ensure that the project's/client's needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Demonstrated technical ability related to engineering design, permit applications, reports, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability related to preparing scope and fee estimates for project work.
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections, business development activities, etc. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with attention to detail; time management skills.
- Excellent client relation skills and be able to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with AutoCAD, HELP modeling, and HydroCAD software will be an asset.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering, geology or related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of previous experience in an engineering consulting environment.
- Preferably two (2) years of project management experience coordinating and managing tasks and projects and interacting with clients and environmental regulatory agency contacts.
- Professional registration (PE) or ability to obtain in 6 to 12 months, preferred. Expected to become licensed in MN and ND, at minimum.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 102,100.00 - Max Salary $ 153,200.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
