Key Responsibilities:

- 3D Rendering & Scenic Design: Produce high-quality 3D renders, detailed scenic designs, and technical drawings that effectively communicate design intent and facilitate fabrication.
- Visual Branding & Identity: Support the development and application of visual branding and identity elements across event collateral, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Graphic Design: Create impactful 2D graphics, presentations, signage, and other visual assets as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director, project managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs from concept to completion.
- Support New Business: Through RFP proposal development, deck design and finesse, brand enhancement and content production.
- Client Engagement: Assist in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously elevate our design offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in an events, experiential marketing, or exhibition design agency.
- Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3D rendering, scenic design, graphic design, and experiential projects.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to:
- 3D Rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail, strong aesthetic sensibilities, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and event production logistics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
