What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Specialist, Mid to provide operational and administrative support to Project Management teams. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of project activities by coordinating meetings, tracking assignments, managing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and prepare related materials
  • Collaborate with SMEs and senior leaders to gather project requirements and support document tracking, data entry, and letter generation
  • Support project tracking, triage consults, and manage requests through established workflow tools
  • Assist with reporting and data queries related to project assignments and work status
  • Document responses to ad-hoc data calls or assignments from other offices
  • Maintain and organize the central repository for business process documents
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, policy alignment, and adherence to agency style and format
  • Draft, edit, and finalize documents for SME and leadership review within required timelines

Qualifications

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management or project coordination roles
  • Prior experience supporting project teams in a regulatory or government setting is a plus

Salary Range: $52,800.00 - $9,200.00Salary Range 2: 63,800.00 - 95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
