Compensation Details

Surface Transportation org is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Fleet Management business that supports all Middle Mile assets (tractors, trailers, box trucks, hostlers). In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business. This Industry Specialist will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and driving program execution of our Fleet Management business with a specific focus on maximizing uptime and reducing cost for non-powered assets (trailers/containers). This will be achieved through deep supply chain understanding, working backwards from customer requirements, and internal alignment with Finance and Capital Planning stakeholders. The role involves day to day interaction with senior Amazon leaders as internal customers, understanding their needs and converting them into efficient business models. The role requires regular interactions with multiple teams and jointly working with them to meet both short term and long term business needs. This position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Key job responsibilities
Identify top contributors of assigned asset downtime and develop programs to mitigate.
Drive program objectives - provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
Write whitepapers to gain initial buy-in and alignment as well as provide status updates as the project completes critical milestones and time intervals.
Identify key performance metrics and create a reporting suite that allows for program management when the program is fully scaled.
Serve as SME for responsible asset proving support for customers by developing A to Z level of understanding for given asset.
Drive resolution of critical asset issues as well as support processes/systems deep dives to ensure root cause analysis and correction resulting in improved customer experience.
Define key performance indicators - develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives as they relate to assigned Middle Mile asset.

Basic Qualifications

**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Wealth Management Middle Office Specialist provides back office support for the Wealth Management business segment. The Wealth Management Middle Office Core Unit consists of the following teams: Account Services (Cash Processing and the Closely Held Group), Custody Services, Fees, Corporate Trust Operations and Natural Resources and Real Estate (NRRE) Operations.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Provides specialized administrative support to the Wealth Management business segment, including transactions processing for firm-specific assets, client bill pay services, wire transfers and check disbursements
+ Creates detailed analytical reports and ad hoc reports for projects, Front Office associates and Management
+ Interprets the details of proper trust accounting, reversals and corrections of transactions including free movements, cash disbursements and gain/loss activity
+ Posts pending trades to allow for the timely settlement of securities trades by SEI
+ Tracks and resolves failed trades
+ Administers bond payments, transfers processing, and balances daily payments
+ Oversees fee setup, maintenance, billing, and collection in the Wealth Management system
+ Resolves problems and answers questions from internal customers
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
