About The Role

As a Technical Migration Specialist, you will lead customer migrations from legacy Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions, with a special emphasis on transitioning from CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager or similar platforms. You will leverage your background in technical support, implementation, and troubleshooting of endpoint security products to drive smooth and successful transitions to Keeper's cloud-native PAM platform.

You'll partner closely with customers, internal sales, and product teams, providing technical leadership through discovery, configuration, automation, and problem resolution during migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration process from legacy Endpoint Privilege Management solutions to Keeper Security
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers to assess current endpoint security deployments, configuration policies, and migration readiness
  • Architect and implement Keeper solutions that meet customer endpoint security, least privilege, and application control needs
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and planning sessions with client stakeholders
  • Automate migration and deployment workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Keeper APIs
  • Troubleshoot agent deployment issues, policy failures, and application control configurations across Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Provide L2/L3 technical assistance to customers during onboarding and post-migration phases

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Technical Support Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Systems Engineer, etc.)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting, implementing, or migrating Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions
  • Experience working with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager or similar platforms (e.g., BeyondTrust Privilege Management for Windows/Mac, Thycotic Privilege Manager)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for endpoint agent deployment, policy enforcement, and privilege management workflows
  • Proficient scripting skills with PowerShell and Python for workflow automation and agent configuration
  • Deep understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, especially around local privilege management and application control
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex technical issues into understandable solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

  • Familiarity with broader PAM concepts and competing solutions (CyberArk Core PAS, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc.)
  • Experience working in SaaS or cloud-native environments

Leidos is excited to welcome an experienced Lead Network Migration Specialist to our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team. This role plays a vital part in a significant digital modernization initiative for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and the Department of Defense (DoD) Fourth Estate Agencies (DAFAs).

The Lead Network Migration Specialist will manage a dedicated team of network engineers and administrators focused on transitioning DAFAs to the advanced DoDNet network.

Note: Candidates must be willing to commute to Ft. Meade, MD 2 days per week and possess an active DOD Secret clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple teams of network engineers and administrators working on the migration of DAFA networks to the DISA DoDNet environment.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the network engineering team, enhancing collaboration with the Network Engineering Lead and Project Managers.

  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvements to optimize and expedite the network migration activities.

  • Develop secure network solutions that facilitate the consolidation or migration of connectivity services under a unified enterprise service.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and technical experts to effectively execute the migration plan and adapt to new challenges that may arise.

  • Manage change requests and approved service interruptions (ASIs) associated with network migrations while aiming to minimize disruption to users.

  • Allocate team members to specific DAFA sites, taking into consideration team availability and the unique needs of each network migration project.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant industry experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience. Experience, education, and training may substitute for educational requirements.

  • Possess a network certification that meets or exceeds CCNA (or equivalent certifications will be considered).

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of engineers, fostering communication and collaboration across diverse groups.

  • Proven experience in executing migration plans for circuits, services, or data between environments or cloud platforms.

  • Strong background in upgrading and lifecycle refresh (LCR) of networking devices.

  • Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure networking, including LAN, WAN, TCP/UDP, IPSec, VPN, Proxies, Routing (L2/L3), and Firewalls.

  • Hands-on experience with two or more of the following networking technologies: Cisco, Juniper, F5, Aruba, Palo Alto, Dell, Infoblox, Brocade, and Fortinet.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve complex network issues collaboratively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

  • Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP is required.

  • Active DOD Secret clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) or similar qualifications are preferred.
