Job Responsibilities

Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.

Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs

Count, organize and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip and make deposits

**Compensation Data**
The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from 22.75 to 23.75. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

**Position Type**
Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Schedules and assigns daily work activities to staff and supervises the completion of tasks.
+ Trains and guides staff on job duties, standard food safety and sanitation procedures, cooking methods, etc.
+ Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
+ Sets up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment ? communicates quickly when a need arises to ensure productivity continues
+ Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items (as needed)
+ Operates equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
+ Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, grills, and uses a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods
+ Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to established guidelines
+ Ensures compliance with food temps and documentation throughout event
+ Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils ? as per guidelines and policies
+ Ensures clear and concise communication with stand leads, stand workers and cashiers
+ Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers

**Qualifications**
+ 21 years of age or older
+ Previous supervisor experience in a related role preferred
+ Experience as a cook or related role required

+ Proven knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
+ Food safety certification required Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
+ Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
