BlueHalo, an AV Company, is hiring a Military Operations & Intelligence Integrator to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

Clearance

  • You must have a TS/SCI clearance to qualify for this position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with simulations that shall include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
  • Conducting M&S activities in support of the analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government.
  • Providing instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises.
  • Supporting live, constructive, or virtual training.
  • Ensuring simulations include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintaining system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools.
  • Utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas.
  • Exhibiting proficiency with some or all of the following: GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK),or other modeling and simulation programs.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in related field.
  • Must possess and maintain an active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.

Salary Range: 70K-118K

  1. Leads the company's financial planning by taking a forward-looking perspective to the company's financial situation on a global basis. Oversees all financial analysis related to improving the company's financial performance. Develops future finance strategies and processes in collaboration with CFO. Integrates finance services and support across FAST and with other departments (Ops, RD, etc.) providing effective customer service. Promotes effective flow of communication related to financial planning across the company.
  2. Updates the five-year strategic plan on a semi-annual basis. Develops growth plans based on assumptions and metrics.
  3. Leads the Financial Planning and Strategy team (Corporate and Operations Finance, Analytics and Strategy) by managing, coaching, and developing associates, including managers and professionals. The Senior Manager- Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning plays a key role in leading the analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic development activities of the organization. Responsibilities include preparation of analyses and presentations of budgets, long-range forecasts, monthly operations, and special reports. The incumbent is a vital partner with the executives of the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and providing perspective and insight to the VP and team. You will routinely prepare and present information to senior TDS and Telecom leadership.

In this role, you will take a lead in identifying process improvements, driving change, and increasing organizational understanding of key drivers, trends, and operational & financial results. The position entails frequent and effective communications with business unit senior management as well as line and staff support managers. You will discern key issues to be discussed, develop a logical flow of argument, craft the presentation, and deliver it crisply and effectively.

You will also lead initiatives to develop processes and create tools for financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the TDS Board of Directors. Working collaboratively, you will develop a framework to link disparate data sources to provide automated, efficiently produced reports and analysis.

Additionally, in this role you will provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to a team of analysts setting challenging goals and objectives aligned with department and Company goals. You will develop a cohesive team environment; foster a positive team spirit and sense of team pride. Additionally, you will research best practices and proactively lead value creating changes within team and across the Company. As a leader, you must exhibit sufficient self-assuredness to challenge assumptions and assertions from any quarter of the organization. This position may work out of a home office within commuting distance of the Madison, Wisconsin area. Participation in periodic in-person meetings at the Madison office will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive(s) to provide perspective and insight, increasing organizational understanding of financial and operating trends. Works with key leaders to identify key operating measures and develop processes to report and analyze these measures. Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive change.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development for a team of analysts responsible for special project analysis and/or for delivering monthly financial analysis and reporting. This includes setting challenging goals for team members, as well as providing ongoing coaching and mentoring aligned with Finance and Company goals and individual development plans.
  • Lead initiatives and provide direction to develop processes and create tools for financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations of budgets, long-range forecasts, and special reports, including coordinating and managing processes with executives and peers in functional areas, critically analyzing functional areas' financial projections and strategies, ensuring integrity and completeness of financials, leading continuous improvement efforts, presenting analyses to senior leadership, providing opinions/conclusions, and contributing to the development of TDS Board of Director reporting material.
  • Prepare monthly operational analyses and presentations, including coordinating and managing processes, critically analyzing functional areas' performance relative to prior results and future expectations, introducing product profitability analytics, evaluating continued alignment with strategy, ensuring integrity and completeness of material, and preparing senior leadership to be responsive to results and potential inquiry.
  • Manage and plan the Annual Budget process, the Quarterly Forecasting process, and the Strategic Planning Process.
  • Manage the business case review process and contribute to the review of business cases.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 8+ years of financial analytical experience including 3+ years of strategy development and support.

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and comfort working with senior management on a regular basis.

  • Proven experience presenting complex information to financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse business backgrounds, functional disciplines, and levels getting results while maintaining positive relationships.
  • A well-developed understanding of the fundamentals that drive the industry (business models, markets, technology, regulation and public policy, etc.) is helpful, but the ability to quickly understand and critically evaluate new developments as they emerge is equally critical.
  • The ability to quickly assimilate complex sets of facts from disparate sources and draw inferences to identify both opportunities and risks.
  • Must also be sufficiently self-assured to challenge assumptions and assertions from any quarter of the organization.
  • Ability to take abstract business concepts and connect them to a "live" business case opportunity.
  • Ability to motivate and manage multiple individuals and projects in the context of shifting priorities.

This role will own building and executing a growth plan to increase cloud adoption exponentially YoY in the appropriate cloud regions applicable to the agencies' mission. **What you will bring (requirements** )
+ Must have a minimum of 8+ years field sales experience, including Cloud technology sales experience, or other applicable experience is required, as is the ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business.
