**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Develop and implement short- and long-term mine and land plans, including overburden strategies and land option analysis
+ Provide operational support through budgeting, management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
+ Deliver engineering and construction services to enhance operational efficiency and mine layout
+ Prepare timely progress and cost reports, and manage project completion and closure processes
+ Participate in hands-on learning across quarry operations, including mine planning, safety, equipment evaluation, and process optimization
