**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for direct supervision of an assigned crew of maintenance technicians including mechanics, welders, electricians, etc.
+ Assist in the hiring, training, and development of craft personnel to repair and maintain our fleet of heavy Establishes daily job assignments, authorizes time off requests, completes performance assessments, initiates disciplinary action and performance improvements.
+ Develop and maintain open communication with crews, field engineers/coordinators, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality.
