Your Role
In this role you will deliver process mining and optimization projects using Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio. You will:
· Translate insights into actionable improvements across business functions.
· Lead process mining engagements using Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.
· Scope and lead process analyses in line with organizations’ business objectives.
· Analyze inefficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvements.
Your Profile
We would love to see a candidate with:
· 3–5 years in process improvement roles within consulting and/or industry.
· Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.
· Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

The Support Specialist has a critical role and has responsibility spanning multiple functions. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Role Based in Ely, NV. With possibility of travel to additional customer sites in Wheeler's territory as needed
+ Ensure internal workforce, tools, and equipment are compliant to internal, industry, and customer-site requirements; serve as the subject matter expert on how to achieve compliance and act as the owner for reporting tools
+ Provide oversight to shelf stock quantities, to include reorder recommendations
+ Maintain tool and vehicle inventory, including scheduling repairs/upgrades
+ Calibrations, and procuring new/upgraded equipment as needed
+ Engage in daily safety meetings
+ Install, upgrade and maintain technology on the customer HME fleet
+ Perform quality PM's on customer HME fleet
+ Other duties as assigned
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
+ Self-starter and complex problem solver - ability to deliver results with limited supervision
+ Proficient in computer software systems including Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems
