We are seeking an innovative ML Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. Our goal is to create economic opportunity for businesses and local professionals globally. Who You Are:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• 0-2 years of experience in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, or deploying ML solutions to production
• Understanding of statistical techniques, including regression, hypothesis testing, and distributions
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, clustering, and neural networks. Exposure to LLMs and generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG) is a plus
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with some experience in ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Familiarity with data modeling, modern data/ML infrastructure concepts (e.g., Airflow, MLFlow, feature stores) is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

• Assist in building/integrating new machine learning models into production and monitoring their performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support machine learning platform strategies

• The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $185,000, dependent on experience
